The hotel was well located, walking distance to the main train station, and close to lots of walking and tourist areas. They give you a free transit pass for all buses and trams, and the hotel steps from a tram station. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and organized rooms.
Location is also close to a local red light district, so some of the surrounding areas are a bit seedy, but seedy Geneva is a clean neighborhood in most other cities. Room climate control was not adjustable and room was just too hot in the winter.

very close to the main train station,nice and clean,staff helpful
we had requested for a double bed but we only got 2 single beds stuck together.we asked reception if we could have a double bed room as requested but receptionist said they dont have any doubles!The rate for the hotel was quite high considering there was no breakfast included,but hotels in geneva are expensive!

The staff was very helpful. They give you a free tram card for your entire stay, a map of the city and any recommendations you need. They were great.

“The location serves its purpose of having a hotel close to the railway station. The amenities are good and the cleaning is really well done. The reception and room service staff that I have dealt with were always very responsive - Kudos to the team! Having a room on the 7th floor helped given the noisy Main Street where the hotel is located. So all in all a good stay, worth a coming back for another visit.”
