Ease of transport facilities to central lisbon
Lift at hotel not safe for children parking is difficult and expensive breakfast non existant

I would not refer any 'like best' point. I think for the value the cleanliness of the room, although quite old, is what I remember first.
There was only one small elevator for the hole Residencia. The other was out of service and because this is a shared building and the rooms are above the first floor, there is a lot of time expend to get the elevator.
