Staff were really nice and the area was fantastic, central for everything but nice and quiet at night and the room was really good for the price in fact I have stayed in many hotels costing very much more and Robertos was every bit as good

The property was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly and went over and above for us; especially Laura, who was always so helpful in finding us bus times and serving us drinks late at night etc. The room was cleaned every day, except Thursdays (cleaner’s day off). The hotel is literally right across the road from the beach and minutes away from all of the lovely restaurants that PN has to offer. The airport is 20 minutes drive away, but we chose to take the A11 bus from the airport, which took 40 minutes and cost just €5.50 per person! Magaluf is just a 5 minute drive away. The hotel bar serves alcoholic drinks and cocktails until late and also tea, coffee and soft drinks at a low cost. There is a taxi rank a two minute walk away. The rooms have balconies. Last but not least, it cost us £200 for 6 nights, which is amazing value for money!! Thank you very much Hostal Roberto - we will definitely be back!

If I was to change anything about the hotel, it would be the addition of tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, as it is nice to make your own drinks in the morning before having to go down to reception. This really would just be an added bonus, and is by no means a real issue; as hot drinks are available at the bar and the staff are always happy to assist you.
