Spotless clean hotel. The building is situated in a beautiful garden. Staff don’t speak English but are willing to help. Bit outside of the center (20 min walk or free transfer). We were there during the week and the hotel was pretty empty. In the weekend touringbusses arrive so it can be crowded. Would recommend this hotel! Good value for money.
If you don’t like crowded hotels avoid the weekend.

Good things about the hotel: pool, staff, free shuttle into town
Same breakfast options every day, pool table balls are from different sets (a mix of spots, stripes, red & yellow, sizes are different too) so can’t really play it properly. Nothing major to complain about though

We had a great time in Imperatriz Hotel. The staff was super nice, rooms big and comfortable, great location. Super close to the the historic center.

The cheapest service ever. All the room look like hospital room, it makes you unconfortable. The breakfast is low quality, disgusting. The staff is not competent and not really friendly. The location is far from the center and you have only one transfer for free in the morning, at 9 when everything is closed in the center so you just walk around waiting for everything to open or you have a pay a taxi to go by yourself. There is quite no wifi at all. Only a bit in the lobby in front of the welcome desk. No wifi at all anywhere else and of course not in the rooms...
