We were waiting1,5 hour for check in due to cleaning of our room so got rooom st 16:30 the day we checked in. The staff in reception was joking from us saying first ať 15:00 then 15:20 etc- this was really unprofessional not matichinf 5* level of service. The WiFi has issue to connect with Apple devices so my iPad and iPhone were mít working all the time
