Cheap and cheerful, staff helpful and complementary coffee a nice treat. Parking good but mention should be made that it is a pay parking area during working hours. some mildew in the shower and a minor smell. Damage to skirting boards but in all not bad condition. Walls thin with not much sound absorbing quality - snoring from next door very audible.
The room was really big The walls were paper thin. You could have participated in the conversation of people staying next door, without raising your voice.
There were chocolates lying in my pillow when I checked into my room. The room was tastefully decorated, clean, and private. The hotel is an interesting part of the city, kind of off the beaten path. Lots of ethnic restaurants and stores are two blocks away.
It was a lovely stay in a lovely flat. I loved having a space to cook proper meals, it made the vacation much nicer. The walls are a little thin and some neighbors can be a little obnoxious sometimes.
The room is so big and have a good design. Check in hours finishes earlier
I felt really comfortable coming or going as I pleased. I had my own key to enter or leave on my own time. I felt the room, bathroom, should have been cleaner. There was mold, and the sofa was worn considerably.
Location, spacious apartment with all facilities for our family with two children
fairly reasonably priced, everything in flat including kettle fridge tv stereo sytem, etc, friendly and knowledgeable manager on site. lift was out of order one night and had to walk up some fairly steep stairs, not in the best part of antwerp, no parking facilities you have to park on street and pay at ticket machine, slats on the bottom of bed broke, thin walls so you can hear noise from other flats
The flat/room was spacious, fully equipped kitchenette, warm, cozy, friendly manager. The location is great, too, quiet neighborhood and 10 min walk from downtown. Thin walls. You can hear everyone in near rooms... walking, talking, everything... There was the smell of a sewer from the bathroom in the morning, but I felt it too downtown, so it isn't just hotel's problem. The lights in the room could be more bright, you must turn on all the lights so you can see normally...
Very suitable if you just need a place to stay for the nights spending your entire days at the conference. No luxuries, including cold water only during one evening.
Room was clean, spacious and well equiped. Quiet and never desturbed by staff. Unfortunately lack of parking, but this is the same all over Antwerp.
Close to central station The area where the hotel is location is a bit shady.
Bright, airy apartment with well resourced kitchenette and excellent bathroom. Helpful manager. Would have been nice to have a change of towels, etc after, say, 3 nights. - I stayed 6.
Very nice staff, good size studio, not far from Antwerp city center. Nothing to complain about.....
middle of the city
The room and kitchen had all the furnishings needed.
I like everything. Clean comfortable good furnished, helpfull people. Eveything excellent. The owner hans van der bissen he is very helpfull and he did his best for my accomodation.
IT was more then I expected. Clean, all comforts that could be wanted. Brilliant hotel nothing

Convenience, good internet connection, friendly staff who checked me in. This place is a dump. Very old, shabby, desperate need for makeover. I am surprised that the comments are so positive. The room is large and has a kitchen, but I did not feel well here. Everything was old and used for ages, especially the towels. The garage is also incredibly difficult to drive in. I'm used to staying at Motel One and Best Westerns, which sometimes for the same price offer much better quality. Maybe in Belgium one gets less quality for money -don't know.
It worked well without hassle, I got my key on arrival Sunday evening and left it in the box Friday morning. That was all my interaction.
Spacey room, internet connection, quite neighborhood, very close to supermarket Room was bright all night due to translucent curtains and lack of window doors in the kitchen.
We were "upgraded" to a "business apartement" because of overbooking. It was spacious but not the shiniest. Staff very was helpful. Few stops by tram to the centre or 15 min walk. 5 minutes from Antwerpen Central station. Although I had nothing against it, some might not like the neighbourhood.
Location, 10 mins walking to train station. The cleanliness of the room/flat was under the standar.
location and the small equiped kitchen the beds are moving on the floor and the matrass on the bed....!!!!
the bathroom and the toilet was smelling bad
The room was clean and the Staff was friendly.Internet worked good but at slow rate.Kitchen was neat and clean.Overall worth staying as it is very near to Central Station and the zoo. Everything was good.Only the curtians were not that dark and anybody can see through it from opposite building.
Everything we need and wanted to have for a city apartment was there. we could making coffie, iron our clothes etc. parking garage was perfect. Food baskets for breakfast were too expansive in relation to what was in it.
This is an appartment. You feel like at home and there is a good parking for the car.
It was good value for money. Building was not very appealing.
