Location was great The line to check in was very long for 1030 on a sat night. We got a room that smelled like smoke covered up by cheap perfume. We called down to the front desk. After 15 min of no one calling back, we went downstairs, got another room and the key didn't work. We went down for a third time and finally got a room and the key worked!

Really like the restaurants handy on the property. And the snack station. The shuttle service to the car rental and the airport was great. Made it very convenient for us to return our car and leave for the airport closer to our flight time.
My stay was terrific. An overnite because I had a car rental and an early flight next day. The people at the Hilton were so helpful--the doorman/valet especially who helped me by directing me to the rental return that was close and sending the hotel van to pick me up. I returned the car and walked out and into the Hilton van. The facility is luxurious. A Starbucks in the lobby! I used the full exercise and weight room, lots of machines and plenty of room, with changing rooms attached. Adjacent, the pool and large hot tub were fully operational and super clean. My room was larger than I expected, well kept, and the bed was super. The staff here and management deserve many kudos for making this Hilton a first class facility. Thanks!
Proximity to Logsn is excellent. Views were great! Lack of restaurants, parking should be included.

It was very nice to walk right off the plane and into the hotel. Someone starting slamming doors very early and woke me up. It's too bad either the doors don't close more quietly or the rooms were better insulated for sound. I wasn't bothered by the aircraft, just the inconsiderate guest or staff member who was making so much noise.

It is wonderful to have such a lovely hotel within walking distance of the airport. I had to fly on the day I arrived and again on the next ay, so I greatly appreciated the convenience of having your lovely hotel right next door. They also did a great job looking after my luggage until my next flights.
The staff were attentive. Wifi was free for me, but I'm a member of Hilton rewards which may have been why it was free. The restaurant had excellent food and drinks. Everything was clean and ran smoothly. the airport shuttle was great and they even ran to the rental car return to pick me up when I returned by car. This is a minor gripe. Usually I don't have a car when I stay at a hotel but the Hilton only offered valet parking for $44 dollars a day. Maybe my naivete is showing in that I think $44 as the only option for parking your car is excessive. There was a airport lot very close, but that was $29 each time you entered or left. It left you feeling somewhat hostage to the $44 dollars. Again, this may be very typical of hotels at airports and I am simply unaware.
The front desk service was terrible. His name from the front desk is Henry. I am a foreigner. When I was checking in, I asked him if i have to pay for having breakfast. His face expression was like "what the fuck are you asking me that kind if stupid question?" And he was just looking at me for 5 seconds and answered that its gonna be charged. I felt very uncomfortable about his attitude. After that, when I entered the room, I just shocked one more because the water was leacking around the toilet and there was some hairs on the floor.. so I came down and talked to the guy, Henry about it. He said sorry about that and changed my room number. I said thank you but he didnt say anything. Its so rude. And also I asked him if i can have toothpaste and his attitudes was just unprofessional.. Very disappointed about hilton hotel.

Rooms were modern and clean. Views were great. Parking situation was horrible. The cost was extremely high, and the process to get in and out of the parking lot was inefficient.
clean hotel Awful service. We were charged twice for one room and we are still waiting for the hotel to do something. Afyer they lasted about half an hour trying to find our reservation, they made a new one and charged twice after we stayed for only one night.

Great staff, views, nice amenities. Nice alternative to downtown and Back Bay hotels. Cabs to/from Back Bay, etc. can get pricey.
Waited for shuttle bus for 25 minutes when told it would be ten. Couldn't check in until 11:15 pm despite having reservation. Ugh. Staff did best to compensate with reduced rate on room, drink voucher and muffins for my 4:30 am departure. But still missed getting to sleep before early start next day.

Loved the outdoor dining with the fire pits. The sunset was amazing and the view of the city. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. No mini bar. No Pool or jacuzzi.
We chose the Hyatt on the Boston Harbor in order to drop off our rental car before catching our plane early the next morning. It is very close to Logan. The timing was perfect and we got a restful night's sleep before departing the next day. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient.

The room was very comfortable, especially the bed; concierge was very enthusiastic, and could not have been more helpful. As an airport hotel, they should have a screen display of current departures - especially helpful for informing guests of flight delays. We found the packed breakfast so-so: only products that were highly-sweetened. Not everyone eats like that.

I liked the free shuttle service, great breakfast, clean, spacious & updated rooms. Nothing really. The bathroom needed more towel racks because the hotel likes to conserve and gives the option of reusing towels and there weren't really any towel racks, just a hook on the back of the door. Other than that everything was great. I would definitely return.
The room was very spacious and comfortable. We also like the proximity to the car rental and to the airport (especially the free shuttle service). The front desk was not very customer-oriented - your website had my booking under which had my middle initial first, followed by last name and first name. This caused the confusion. They kept telling us that we had no reservation and they turned us away. Its a good thing that just when we were resigned to leave, they saw my name. The TV in our room had no access to movies and the toilet seat had dirt that was not cleaned from the previous occupant.
Good location for the airport. It's a 3 minute walk to the T station. From there you're in downtown Boston within minutes
I enjoyed the cooked to order omelettes available every morning. Cream (half/half) in pitchers was curdled 2 of the 3 mornings at breakfast, and staff ignored us when we told them about it. They opened the caraffe, sniffed it (which tells you nothing), and put it back on the serving area for others to use. A second available caraffe was not curdled. It was clear to see the difference when poured into coffee.
The suites, breakfast buffet, & it's easy access to Boston by public transportation. One of the bathroom door would get stuck but we reported it to the front desk at the end of our stay.
The hotel is located in my hometown of East Boston.. It's beautiful with a great staff and perfectly located for all my Boston needs.. if they can keep their rates affordable, I will make this place my home when I visit a few times a year. N/A
The restaurant's food was really good. We ate both a breakfast and evening meal. Superb! 'The staff at the check in/out desk was superb! We would definitely consider staying there again. I can't think of anything that we didn't like.
Beautiful hotel, especially that entrance and chandeliers. Modern, fresh, clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Thanks! Only disappointment was the lack of Hot tub in the Pool area.
Great friendly staff. For example, they actually gave us milk for our child when our child was crying (most hotels make a fuss about this.) They even had a microwave to heat the milk, which many five star hotels lack!

The room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, although it would be convenient if the hotel provided more towels, soaps and shampoos. The staff was nice. We only stayed two nights. The hotel is a bit far from the city but near the airport. You need to take a taxi to move around. I recommend Ubers because yellow taxis are more expensive. Way too expensive for what the hotel is, but it was a last resort booking. This is a low four star hotel.
