Everything absolutely amazing from the prompt check-in to hearty buffet breakfast. Good location, lots of nice restaurant even within the sane building. What more do you need?

Thomas of front desk keep track our request to see if our daughter's bag can be found or not because we accidentally left it inside the closet of our room when checking out on 26th Dec 2019. Although on our way back on 1st Jan while we check out still could not be found, it was finally found on 3rd Jan and taking the effort to send it back to the Netherlands at our home address and we have received it properly. Very good customer oriented service while we had experiences in other hotel who would not care and we just have to accept our bad luck, which is not the case with Novotel Lyon Confluence hotel!!!
