After arriving in Tokyo following a long flight it was great to be staying somewhere that was an easy distance from the airport. On arrival staff were friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. The bed was super comfortable and the view from our 29th floor room was pretty spectacular. The hotel provided us a great base for our 4 days in Tokyo and the top floor bar was a lovely place to end the day. The breakfast was nothing spectacular but set us up for the day and it was also possible to use the voucher for lunch, which was a nice option.

Everything done very well
Our room was well appointed and everything worked well. No marks or scratches to show wear and tear. The in room sound system was great and the complimentary unlimited data smartphone was extremely useful.
While the Executive Lounge was a nice haven to relax in and very classy, the food selection should be changed more regularly. There were no changes in the food/drink offerings across our entire five day stay.
