Kontra: Worst was slow moving line at Melbourne. Not enough check ins. Missed the tail and fuselage cameras on 780 and 750. Seat covers look cheap and worn. Coffee and orange flavour not best. Screens not best eg Cathay and Qatar. Women cabin crew good to dress islamic but too restrictive. No t easy th o hear captain messages. Seat design only average. Bandar airport ver y beautiful but need better restaurant.
Pro: Their Dreamliner plane is spacious, well fitted, not cramped.
Kontra: Unable to listen to movies with their headphones - too much static

Kontra: The Manila transfer process was a waste of time. Why when only transferring through at the airport you must go to an insecure area to get a Manila stamp in your passport and then have to go back into the secure area via another security check.
Pro: Asked for window seat, said only have one at back of the plane, I said that’s fine, ended up with three seats to myself so got some sleep on an overnight flight. Gotta be happy with that,
Kontra: Cabin crew had a tendency of not seeing me so I had to get their attention for the hand outs, no biggie

Kontra: The flight was terrible. The boarding process was improperly conducted causing a lack of overhead space in the baggage storage overhead. The entertainment system was broken and the flight transfer process was terrible and confusing. I had the worst trip in over 300 life time trips. I felt like the price was way too high for the service I received! I need a partial refund at a minimun.

Kontra: There was very little seat space... seemed narrower than usual and knees touched seat in front all the time unless I got them in one particular position, then it was just a very light touch. I don't recall being on a less comfortable flight. It's a shame that it was an 11 hour flight. The next flight was far better although only 7 hours. However, after the first flight I really appreciated the extra space so very much!!

Kontra: The total unprofessional service/ way we have been treated. Never again I will fly with this company. 2 hours delay from Amsterdam for a unknown reason as their English is very poor. As we took off we shared our concern for our connection in Guangzhou, after managing to find someone able to speak and understand English (unbelievable on an international flight) we have been told that would be fine and eventually worst case scenario there is another flight during the day. When we arrived we have been told nothing (even though we shared our concern from the beginning, they didn’t care at all, connection from the same company), when we went out of the plane we ask a crew member in the exit corridor who replied like annoyed of the question that’s fine take next on the left and next on the right (more with gesture than with an English language) when we arrived after running at the transfer gate we asked about the connection to Sydney the first staff told us that the gate was already closed and it’s too late, we then asked what to do : go in this queue and didn’t want to speak anymore. When we arrived at the desk we have been told gate is closed, wait on the side we’ll see later, we asked when and have been replied later....after 30min we have been told that there is no other flight before the day after (same company, different speech...) and wait again....there is another flight the day after in the morning with 6 seats available only...for the rest we don’t know we have to check but it’s gonna be hard because it’s the high season : Unbelievable as we were 15-20 people in this situation...after a couple of hour we have been offered to travel via Vietnam with a stop of 9 extra hours before having another flight of 9hours if we didn’t accept this one they didn’t know... Never ever again with this company and this airport...

Pro: I have tall family members and they had enough legroom even at the back of the plane. Service was excellent. Snacks and drinks were regular on offer even between meal. Very nice, professional staff even after 13 hours of flight. Just excellent. Thank you for this very pleasant experience. Will definitely fly Singapore Airlines again.
Kontra: There is room for improvement with the special meals. The non gluten brun was very hard. In general it would be nice if passengers could pre-order from a set selection of foods online what they would like on their tray. This would hopefully lower the amount of food that sadly goes to waste. Also it would be nice to have gluten free snacks on board. Flying with celiac disease is not easy.
Pro: More space then previous flights. Attendants very pleasant and helpful.
Kontra: Ran out of the food choices by the time they reached me. Had to make do with what was left.

Pro: Very good service on board, crew very attentive and polite.
Kontra: Lack of communication with customers in change of situation. Airline had to change the aircraft and as a result all passengers had to be transported to the new aircraft by buses rather than via boarding bridges. It was the longest airport shuttle ride ever because no one told us what to expect. People complained. But airline could have managed expectations better by giving notice to customers what will happen next, customers will be more forgiving that way.

Pro: From check in to final arrivals this was a smooth and faultless flight. Too short for food or entertainment but everything was perfect. All booked through Kayak.
Pro: Food still up to standard. Better then some flight from Thai Airways.
Kontra: Entertainment system is way too old. Screen is small and very poor quality. The seat is also looked old. Service is below standard. I got my drink after I finish the meal. And don’t even think about refill or coffee. The flight attendants never come back before collecting the tray.

Pro: The price and availability was a plus. Food and drinks was too. No personal entertainment....short flight anyways. If leaving or arriving from HKG, you will be taking the shuttle on the Tarmack, so you maybe out in the weather for a few. Clean and friendly. Would fly again.
Kontra: They rescheduled my return flight a few hours earlier, but offered no compensation....also it was about 30 minutes late. So what was the point in making the flight earlier?

Kontra: A 320 necessarily lowers the quality compared with dreamliner eg access to toilets and aisle width and entertainment system at manila the`woman at checkout spoke very poor english so had to repeat several times... and she expressed doubt about any seat vacant as`i was late in the queue.. she resolved this by passing me to her supervisor no other problems
