Kontra: Seats we given did not recline .as they were just in front of emergency exit . The extra leg room seats were empty, but would have to pay extra to sit on them

Kontra: Paid $30 for wi-fi: It never connected. Just failed to work. “Failed to load page”. Paid for priority check-in: The people in the economy queue checked in faster. Paid for priority boarding: No priority security queue, no priority boarding. Paid for priority baggage: Took 60 minutes from landing for baggage to arrive. No priority, except for crew bags. Food was disgusting. Hard to determine where the plastic finished and the pasta started. There was no service, other than dumping a hot plastic box in your lap.
Pro: Nothing other than punctuality.
Kontra: After boarding started there was no Aircon the flight was boiling hot and hugely suffocated. Also so many mosquito surely need better service.
Kontra: Staff are impolite. Seats are poorly cleaned and the seat sleeves where keeps the inflight menu dropped off!

Pro: Food wasn't too bad, stewards were pleasant but had to wait ages for water. Like the 2 4 2 layout so we didn't have to disturb anyone for "comfort" breaks.
Kontra: Checking in, a few kg overweight, they made us put the excess into our hand baggage, it meant opening our 4 cases, actually moving things which weighs less than half a kg, complete waste of time, over half an hour. Complete waste of time as it's on the same plane FFS. Entertainment via iPads, poor selection of films.
Pro: Birding was great. Punctual flight.
Kontra: My entertainment screen broke. It took the crew 7 hours to replace it. A crew member said they would sort it, bit nothing for 6.5 hours There appeared be confusing within the crew members about what food I ordered.

Pro: Dreamliner appears to have more room, the seats recline to a greater angle, and it is not cold like a lot of other planes. Cabin crew were friendly, helpful and attentive. The break up of flight legs between Australia and U.K. into 3 legs of 7 or 8 hrs is a great alternative to the 1x9hr & 1x12hr.
Kontra: The entertainment system functionality is great, but choice was a bit poor, although numerous. Food generally quite good, only one meal I was disappointed with.

Pro: one of the crew was rude. my spouse forgot to fold-up the cup holder, the hostess heat the holder so hard while walking. I don't know but it appeared as very very rude.

Pro: Despite being a very late flight at 11 pm, the crew was courteous but not over the top, when all the passengers wanted to catch some sleep
Kontra: Lufthansa's short haul slim line seats become uncomfortable after 1.5 hours
Pro: Good seats with great screens. Usb, headphone jack that works with regular headphones, and a regular power outlet! Tray tables upgraded overall and have a mirror behind a slide. Even the seatback pockets are better with multiple pockets including one that fits most mobile phones. The windows turn tinted blue instead of drawing shades down—what?!

Pro: The aircraft was clean and boarding went smoothly. The flight was late but the staff seemed courteous, polite, and apologetic for the delay.
Kontra: I thought I had ordered a vegetarian meal when I booked the flight roughly 1.5 months prior to my trip. However, when the meal was being served, there was only a chicken or pork option and my vegetarian meal had either not been properly booked or had been forgotten. When I informed the staff, I was asked to show proof that I ordered a veggie meal. I could not pull up my email confirmation as we were flying and there was no internet access. I had to lug my bag out of the overhead and search for a print out confirmation. I had not come prepared with the "evidence" the stewardess wanted. While the staff tried to be polite, I also found them to be quite rude, demanding that I produce evidence. Could they not have simply given me an extra salad without all the fuss? I felt I was being treated as a criminal for requesting a veggie meal that had, unfortunately, not been recorded in their system.

Kontra: Our flight was cancelled because of weather condition while we were at the boarding gate, they didn't care about compensations or consider not risking putting the passengers under last minute pressure, at least they should've notified us ahead of time, they automatically rolled us in the next flight, however, they didn't confirm if the next flight will be cancelled or not. In order to make sure I can catch my connecting flights, I booked another flight from Legazpi to Manila on a different airline, in addition, I had to pay the hotel booking cancellation fees in Manila, since these fees can only be waved if I cancelled 24hrs in advance. Moreover when I asked for my ticket refund, they made a big deal out of it and after a ruff struggle they agreed to refund me, but whatever the refund amount was, it barely covers anything of what I had to pay for a new ticket+ 1 extra night stay in Legazpi + hotel cancellation fees in Manila, I ended up paying 400USD in total while I only got around 50USD ticket refund from them, and of course, add to that the stress and hassle I went through in doing this!

Kontra: Our flight was severely delayed 6 hours from Heathrow, and that is where this horror story began. No one bothered to tell us anything. When we arrived in Beijing for our connection to Bangkok, we had to search out people for help, there was absolutely no one forthcoming with explanations. We were travelling as 2 friends, I was booked on one flight and my travelling companion on another 15 hours later! This only got changed when we explained that we both only had hand luggage! To then board the flight and sit on the tarmac, engines running, simply waiting, no explanations again!! Will we ever fly China Airways again?? If we could exchange our return flight tickets to that of another Star Alliance member we would.
Kontra: No hotel provided for 24 hour stop over. Also the bags were not checked in for the whole travel so we had to collect the bags and carry them for whole time. It was really pathetic experience. The officers at the Beijing Air China counter don't understand English which made the simple conversation more difficult. We had to pay for the hotel, taxi and food.
Kontra: Seats too small
Kontra: I couldn't watch movies on the flight all the writing was in Chinese so the flight was boring
Pro: Kayak website is not liable towards its customers. Due negligence.
Kontra: The BYOjet agent that is the partner of KAYAK is irresponsible and careless and got lack of customer support.
Pro: Hard landing which gave passangers a shock.
Kontra: It was delayed by 15mins due to heavy rain but it was OK as everything else was on point

Kontra: Frequent delays to flight timings, and it was hard to find where the flight gate was as I couldn't find one on the screen. It was a little bit crowded. No food was given (probably because it's only 50mins flight but I wished there were snacks or drinks given for us)

Pro: The Business Class bed was nice
Kontra: The whole experience was terrible. Scoot decided to - delay flight by 45 minutes without telling me. I discovered this by checking myself - chartered a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200 and then reduced then quality of every Business Class service (no entertainment system videos or music, no alcohol or soft drinks - only water, only Economy class food. There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)

Pro: I landed on time which was pretty swish, then went to Kendrick in Melbourne which was dope. He opened with For Free?, which I thought was ballsy, but he pulled it off. Five stars for Kendrick.
Kontra: Tiger ain't nuthin but a big fat flyin bus, so no food or anything. That's all good fam, I'll ride with it.
Pro: Crew on Singapore airlines were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Kontra: They had 0 entertainment on an 8 hour flight. Tv turned off. One small meal after 20 minutes of flying. Would not fly with scoot again.

Kontra: couldn't put bag in until 2.5 hours before flight i had a mobile phone power battery in my check in and they wouldn't let me leave it there had to put it in my carry on luggage - no big deal but was unusual.
Pro: In seat entertainment and a blanket larger than a dinner napkin in economy.
Pro: Gave me something to talk about with my wife while we discussed what meat was in the 'snack'
Kontra: 45 minutes delayed before even pushing back from the terminal that they only told us once we were all on. Then the 'snack' they served was utterly horrendous. It was some sort of super sweet bread with a mystery meat in it.
