Pro: The crew was great. The soecial meal request was hadled well despite oversight.

Kontra: Soecial meal request was made in advance but overlooked. Did not mind it so much as eating less is not a bad idea! To err is human.

Kontra: The flight was good, however I was not able to check in online due to British airways website issues. The entertainment touch screen is not working properly,needs some maintenance.

Pro: The customer service, the seats were comfortable and the food was great

Kontra: It was an old plane so not much comfort in business class

Pro: Entertainment and food are always reliably good on Turkish.

Kontra: Ground crew was very poor at communication, no one warned us we would need a visa; we spent hours and hours queuing for what could have been sorted out in advance. Communication was terrible. The flight was delayed due to Pakistan closing air space. Turkish rescheduled but no real help in Istanbul.

Kontra: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Pro: Really like the airline, sat in the front rim of economy. My husband is over 6ft and he was happy with the leg space. As was I since we flew right our 1 and a half year old boy.

Pro: It is always better when this flight is operated by wide body aircraft, as was the case with A330 this time

Kontra: The delay leaving Heathrow was not so good.... missed connecting flight in Istanbul and no availability on the night flight. Had to re-book with Air Astana.

Pro: the onboard entertainment system is poor: you don't have your personal screen, and the only programmes available are the saftey video and airline's ads. The flight was delayed for 20 minutes at the start however it arrived on time. So that was not really an issue.

Kontra: The crew are professioanl and the service is OK although you need to ask for your tea/coffee. The food isn't amazing but it meets my expectation about the short flight cuisine.

Pro: The crew were very nice, food was tasty, seat comfortable and the entertainment great as well. Will be flying KLM again soon :)

Kontra: Attitude of some of the cabin crew very bad. Service was poor and with short comings. With Emirates either the service is very good or very bad. They need to get rid of the dead wood!

Pro: quick/efficient boarding - good staff - good food - easy flight !

Kontra: the connecting times for klm seem to be very close - if your running late to start - you may not make your next one -

Kontra: No alcohol service, cabin lights not dimmed seeing it was a late night flight.

Pro: The earphones for out two seats only worked intermittently, but the Purser, Lee-Ann handled it professionally and pleasantly. That was the only disappointment in an otherwise pleasant flight

Pro: We were sat in the middle rows for this flight. But only flew for 50minutes so not a big problem

Pro: The service was excellent, staff helpful and understanding.

Kontra: No business class priority boarding, no assistance available with transfer.

Pro: Good food, excellent lounge in Istanbul and super comfy seats in the longer leg

Kontra: Boarding crew did not have the required knowledge of visa process and made us wait 40 mins

Kontra: Wrong communication for connecting flights. Poor customer service, flight attendants not friendly.

Pro: There was almost a two hour delay, there wasn’t any information communicated, everybody was just asked to take seats in the waiting area. The entire process wasn’t very well organised.

Kontra: Food may become better. Not twice meat, especially not late at night. Give an option for an omelet for example

Kontra: Flight was delayed, missed connection in Istanbul and had to spend a day in Turkey before next available flight

Pro: Crew were nice. It was a very quiet flight so plenty of room to move to other seats - see below.

Kontra: Although the flight was probably less than half full, by the time the trolley got to us there was only one choice of lunch. People in front reclined their seats right back into our faces. Seats were packed together very tightly. Given the lack of space, better to fix seats to only recline a little.
