Location. The hotel rooms are very dated now....
I'll never come back again. It is uncomfortable and dirty.
comfort and general atmosphere distance from town centre not what id thught
nothing special It could use a facelift
location perfect visiting American Cup
Very good position for access to central Valencia Used the restaurant for dinner but very expensive
location of hotel the airco was very poor and not able to change it yourself in the heat in the summer it is absolutly to hot in our room
Near science and arts city. Nice room for a good price
We found staff very helpfull and friendly,Hotel was clean and food was very good. Hotel was situated in a very pleasant area, by the river bed and not too far from the beach which was very nice. We found that all the local transport was very good and compared to England very well priced. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing we did not agree with was when we decided to stay at the hotel for another 5 days because we liked it very much and also we were going to the Moto GP race. We found that the prices went up so high for that weekend.
clean, very comfortable
The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke English. It is right next to the City of Arts and Science and a 15min walk in to the centre of Valencia.
location was very good, for beach, shopping and visit the town. The balcony was very nice and very large with a nice view to Art Palace The room are very small even for only one person. And the bathroom has no space enough for anything. Is it claustrophobic!!
Hotel was well appointed. Single room had a balcony which looked over the city The hotel is about a 30min walk from the centre of the old city and train station. Not too far (and there are plenty of busses), but given the size of Valencia there are plently of other options closer to the centre.
I liked the location and the gorgeous view from the balcony, the mattress, the pillow and the sheets, but that was it. Unfortunately there were too many things I didn't like at this hotel. Firstly, the staff is highly professional and very helpful, but totally unfriendly; but then, this is what I've noticed generally about customer service in Valencia. Secondly, I didn't enjoy the dirty balcony, including the furniture, as I got my cloths dirty; I also wasn't happy to watch a bug crawling out of the bath tub. Thirdly, the use of a small space is not wisely used (at all) - on the contrary. The room might have been refurbished, but in a non-logical way, which makes the room uncomfortable; last, but not least: slow elevators (probably not the wisest programming?).
good hotel helpfull staff would recommend
It´s a nice hotel! Rooms are bit too small...
Staff Being charged to park a car at the hotel.
Good location. There wasn't any soap for washing our hands. Rooms are very very noisy. Breakfast and parking too expensive when it is so easy to find alternative solutions.
The room was very warm. I could not get the air conditioning to work properly.
There is a short walk from hotel to the impressive Calatrava buildings in the Turia park. It is good that there is a garage. The hotel is under reconstruction with some noise.
The rooms are excellent, the staff is very kind. The hotel is very close to the "City of Arts and Sciences" and to a big shopping center. Very good connection to the city historic center, too. Hope to come back!
The hotel was modern, comfortable and quiet and close to the Science and Arts centres and the opera. The price was reasonable, as were the drinks and snacks in the bar. The location was a little way back from the Turia river bed and surrounded by big blocks of flats. The breakfast could have been better. Awful coffee!
Fine for a hotel of this type and class. Ate dinner in the restaurant once - 4 courses plus coffee for EUR 17 - good quality food and excellent value. Room was far too hot for me and there was no facility to alter temperature. Reception said that during the winter the heating is set for the entire hotel and room A/C control is disabled.
staff spoke english which is not common in spain hotel was listed as a four star hotel, though do not believe it is to that standard.
Going home !
Furniture. Breakfast. Hall and Bar. Staff... everything
very customer friendly staff no
the fact that it was near the city of arts and science. the room was always super cleaan when we came back from outside. breakfast was good as well on the last day of our stay we had no hot water. we called the reception they told us that it is a recurrent problem with the hotel and they are fixing it. After two hours the problem seemed to be fixed
It was a very clean, friendly, and an relaxing enviroment. The servive desk was quit helpful since this was my first visit to Spain and I only knew a little spanish, in terms, of communications. Tamara.
excellent location for science park english tv was news only - entertainment sation would have been great
Price Room too small
friendliness and helpfulness of english-speakinf staff na
Clean bright modern
Proximity to City of Arts & Science, bus stop Front Lobby splitted into 2 floors (inconvenience access to lift through Lobby--especially if carrying luggage)
excellent location, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Room too hot, and loud traffic noise
The clean rooms everyday and very friendly staff.
The receptionist checked-in very quickly; the room was very clean; the room rate the hotel is very far from the city center, they have no rooms with street view (only on a secondary street, or in the back), the bath room was very little, the receptionist didn't know basic information for tourists (the bus schedule, the bus routes, etc).
Staff are friendly Room are too little. Position of hotel far to center town
Staying close to the oceanographic center. No
the hotel staff! and the apartment was really cool
Location appartment and staff
Very comfortable, good location
kind staff, clean, central position, new building and arrangement, lot of facilities..very good, I place to suggest to friends :)
good value for money, spacious and excellent location nothing
Cleanliness was excellent with all modern facilities. Perfect for a family stay and highly recommended (quiet with plenty of children playgrounds nearby). The location in terms of the distance to the beach. It requires two bus journeys or some long walking which is not ideal with a family.
The apartment was very good, roomy and very near from the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. The apartment isn't soundproof and there ara a lot of noise in the street, specially working days.
very helpful staff
The flat was big and confortable, excellent location very close to the city of art and science. The service was mediocre, long wait at the check in.
The apartments were very spacious and quite clean. The towels were changed daily etc. it was very reasonable as well. The apartments were noisy in the moning. It also wasn't clear at hte time of booking where this was in relation to the city centre. Whilst it was possible to walk, it was a longish walk.
Great hotel with good location close to La Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias and shopping center. Good bus connection with city center. Would recommend to all.
The uniqeness of the rooms, they are all different, therefore it was a special experience compared to the mainstream hotel rooms no breakfast
Shower & sink partially clogged, room not cleaned on last day (3 nights), towels not changed, generally nice place but needed much more attention to cleaning etc. Good kitchen. Breakfast ok. Desk staff very helpful.
the stile The room was in no good conditions, the curtains was nearly faling down. No soap in the bath-room,only in the shower. Only white bread to breakfast.
The outstanding room designs are inspired and very refreshing - it would be good to experience each of the 20+ room designs! When the staff were able to get the wi-fi working, it worked well. The free washing/drying facilities are a real bonus. Location is convenient - very close to the science museum/aquarium/performance buildings and half-an-hour walk to the old city. Staff are excellent. Be aware that these are hostel rooms so whilst each room has a shower and toilet, there is no soap or toiletries, no alarm clock, no telephone and, of course, no tv in the room. Quality of finish of the interior is average - the room was obviously rushed to be ready for use. The low voltage incandescent lighting makes for good atmosphere but is not so practical for properly lighting the room.
The hotel staff were great, the rooms were really original, and the hostel was in the centre so we could visit different points of interest on foot. Would stay at Rooms Deluxe again if I ever go to Valencia. The only thing I did not like was that the kitchen area (remember this is a hostel, so people buy their stuff & put it in the fridges), is closed till 7am. As we were waking up at 6am to make the most of our time, we couldn't even have coffee.
very friendly people! they have to fix something in the bathroom of room 215 (shower, door)
I liked the comfort and cleaninless of the hotel. Though not central located, the neighborhood was modern very close to City of arts and science. Nice staff and really worth of money.
Magnificent design of each room, convenient arrangement and convenient parking
