very nice and good hotel. It is little bit far away from the center of the city.
the location liked every thing
Friendliness of staff. Flexibility of staff. Overall standards do not meet Okura Tokyo.
Great health club, very nice deluxe room Air conditioning didn't cool very well, furniture in room had defective drawers, cost of laundry service was outrageous, there isn't a good "normal, everyday" restaurant in hotel - all restaurants are expensive and fancy
The staff members were friendly and accommodating My room was not cleaned until quite late in the afternoon. I had expected it to be done earlier.
I am particularly greatfull to Louis (staff) who made my stay amazingly wonderfull the house keeping.. i recognize that we left the room a mess, but when we came back the only thing they did was the bed! they didn´t reload the mini bar, or clean the tables..
food, concierge, services, fantastic hotel we were charged for bar food that we did not like and sent back to the kitchen. The burger was rare (should not be rare if minced meat) and the chicken was underdone and no 'leeks julienne' was served with it, though advertised on the menu.
Location and extensive facilities of the Okura; excellent staff and services.
Perfect business hotel - great facilities and attentive staff. Good choice of restaurants within the hotel.
The hotel has great restaurants. My room was in need of a refurbisment and was certainly not 5 star. Shower did not have enought pressure. Cheap toilet paper. Paint at the bottom of the door was completely coming off. I have stayed in better hotels in Amsterdam (e.g. Dylan)
The breakfast is great. Over priced - not value for money.
A fantastic hotel with superb staff. Very helpful and welcoming.
The hotel overall was ok. The room was clean and had nice amenities. The staff was polite. I was a bit disappointed that we had a hard time getting a hold of room service on a couple of occasions. Also, we were awakened by loud noises made by the staff on the first morning after we arrived. We were exhausted from travel and could not go back to sleep because of the distractions.
This is the third visit to the hotel. This is a very clean hotel and we have no complaints about service. The restaurant and bar prices are very high compared with other establishments we visited. The heating in the room was inadequate and we could not get it higher, the weather was very cold at the time of our visit.
They made me sign a pre-authorization with the room rates + 50 euros per day for frigobar (so expensive). When I did my check out (I paid in cash) they couldn't cancel this pre-authorization with the machine (they sent a fax to the credit card office) and I am always very afraid of this kind of cancellation. I had to change my room 3 times (the door didn't close well, they gave me a double bed but I have asked for 2 sigle beds, etc). They didn't have someone to help with the luggage (when I arrived and left the hotel).
Service wonderful! Only complaint, a/c not strong enough
Friendly staff, comfortable beds. Breakfast was to expensive so we went out to eat.
staff wanted 1 bouble and 1 twin room got 2 doubles
We very much liked the hospitality in your hotel especially during breakfast the staff was helpful and gave us a comfortable feeling It was a pity that the shower was leaking into the bathroom and the water gathered round the toilet which made the floor very slippery.
I do not recommend this hotel.
The staff was helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable, but small. No good coffee in the room. Housekeeper did not take a fast food garbage bag out. She left it exactly where I left it. No hotel shuttle, like you would expect with a 4 or 5 *
The room was great, the staff was very nice, and I had a great experience overall. The restaurant is pricey. I ate dinner in town. Breakfast is reasonable, if you reserve it the night prior. Good food though.
A truly spectacular property, beautifully fitted, with attentive, friendly but not overly intrusive staff. Amsterdam is a great place to visit; this hotel is almost reason enough on its own. I stayed there twice on the same trip. The first time we upgraded to a suite, and it was beautiful, really a place to relax in and feet at home. The second stay I was alone and had a regular room. It was tiny, but entirely functional. Both rooms were street facing with large windows. The bar is lovely, as well. Be sure to try one (or two or three) of their great gin and tonics. It is rather pricey, but you do get what you pay for.
The location is perfect. We recieved a warm welcome upon arrival, and was please try suprised at the accomodations. The bed was very comfortable, view perfect, and the room size would meet or exceed any standards. Literally the best location for a brief walk to vo delpark, museums, de hallen, red light district, and tram stops. There is no pool, but for us we didn't care. The lobby was warm, as is standard in most of holland, but rooms are well air conditioned.
- Proximity to Amsterdam's famous museums - Comfort of the bed - Size of the bathroom (we got a handicapped room) - Availability of luxurious toiletries - Clean, well-kept rooms - Friendly staff - DELICIOUS hot chocolate - Free, reliable wifi - Room itself was a little small - Cleaning staff arrived at 8am
MOMO I was not happy at all with the bed and I ended sleeping on the floor because the matress was really bad.I paid 160 € and I think the bed should be comfortable.I was not happy with the answer of your staff saying that the bed for standard rooms.I was that close to go down to the reception with the matress to show it to all.
Cleaning staff was nice. Water leaked from my ceiling onto me in the middle of the night. managenent was totally unhelpful.
Location and staff were great. Breakfast although pricey was huge! Very decent! Very clean and comfy bed. Room was modern although the "non-divided"/private bathroom may be an issue to non-couples. Some of the toiletries where empty.
The location was excellent for visiting the Museums and good selection of cafes and restaurants nearby. Canal boat trips right outside hotel entrance. The room was cramped and somewhat claustrophobic. The cost of the room was far too expensive for the size and no breakfast included.
Staff at reception and night porters were very helpful and friendly. The 'living room' area is well designed to be modern yet comfortable, the range of books available to look at was excellent. The location is excellent - Leidseplein is a stone's throw away and there are lots of really great places to eat. The Museums are also just around the corner, and tramlines are a 5 minute walk away. Sometimes we had to wait quite a while for our presence to be acknowledged and orders taken in the 'living room'. Also, a couple of times staff entered our room after hardly knocking or giving us time to reply! I think the rates are quite expensive when you consider that they do not include breakfast and the charge for web access is huge!
Location is great. Clean Standard rooms are a bit small but great for a couple. Staff is very professional. Concierge is great with recommendations
Close te citycenter Bed en cushions to soft. Bad smell
From a tourist perspective the location of this hotel is very good indeed, it is just metres from the great galleries and Vondel Park, and close to Jordaan. The #197 trolley bus around the corner opposite the Van Gogh museum takes you to Schiphol in 30 minutes for 5 euro (pay as you get on), every 1/4 hour, and trams #2 and #5 take you to the main railway station. Despite being on the relatively busy Stadhoudekade street, the hotel is quiet. The rooms are clean, very comfortable, slightly but not overly cramped, idiosyncratic in design, with air conditioning that works. The staff are intelligently helpful, switched on, and very pleasant. I think that is a Dutch thing anyway. I took the 'with breakfast' option. I recommend it. All this comes in at about $210/night per room including taxes. There are plenty of cheaper places around but if you are in Amsterdam for a couple of days and want a faultless, quiet, reliable, central place to stay, this is a good candidate to consider, and worth the money if you have it. The only thing that I wasn't keen on was the Momo restaurant that is attached to the hotel. It is a Sushi only restaurant, so if Sushi is not what you want, too bad. We ate there one evening and while the Sushi itself was no doubt excellent, it was expensive for what it was - as in my opinion Sushi tends to be. If you like a rank of chefs attending minutely to each bite, and lots of pretty waitresses regularly asking if you need anything, or don't really mind about the cost, that's fine, enjoy it and pony up liberally at the end. Otherwise, don't come to this place too hungry, or with kids, this one is for the up-market purists. There are better places nearby, serving quality food of other types for quite a lot less.
Next door to museums and across the street from canal, cruises and casino Very helpful and professional staff and excellent restaurant on site (MOMO). Clean, well appointed room of adequate size. Highly recommend Road traffic could be heard but not a significant negative
Excellent service. Deluxe rooms would be more 4 star rather than 5. The hotel is a quite a distance from the centre of Amsterdam but there is a tram service that is good.
- Very comfortable bed and pillows - Nice view - Expected a nicer building and more luxurious room - Inadequate for a 5 star hotel (stayed in better 4 star hotels) - Far from city center, few hundreds meters walk to the tram stop - Overpriced, especially minibar and breakfast
Very clean and comfortable room with all amenities. Courteous, professional, friendly and helpful staff. Good location for museums and public transportation to everwhere.
Did not feel it was a 5 star hotel. It was booked for an anniversary surprise and we have stayed in nicer 4 star hotels
The wifi fee of EUR 27 is out of market and not acceptable for a business traveller.
The view from the hotel was superb & the bed was extremely comfortable.
Great staff, 10th floor had great view, good breakfast. Location to public transportation not as good as some of the other hotels. Was traveling with girl friends and did not feel comfortable walking to public transport at night. However weather was a factor at this time of year - might have been ok in summer.
It is a hotel worth staying. The building is very beautiful, the rooms and view very nice. Also the bar at the ground floor is very exquisite. The only drawback is that one has to walk about 10 minutes to the nearest tram stop.
The Staff were great The Charge for "Internet " access !!
Fast easy check in, nice size room, good breakfast and central location to museums.
The hotel is very well located: just around the corner fr The Van Gogh museum and the Rijks, which were two of my favorites. the staff was very friendly as well. I would definitely stay there again.
Location + comfort
Very nice location, only one block from the nearest tram line, very easy to get around the city. The rooms were also very large with plenty of room and a canal view. The breakfast was very expensive and the bed was not as nice as most NH hotel beds tend to be.
A nice hotel with large rooms, good staff and a great location for the Museum Quarter. The hotel is also fully accessible for a disabled solo traveler. As a wheelchair user, it was inconvenient to have to ask each day for the towels to be left down.
1) early check-in because I needed to sleep after trans Atlantic flight 2) location breakfast was not included in the price of the room
Everything in Amsterdam was expensive considering I was using the American dollar which doen't seem to be worth much. The hotel was in a good location for walking to tourist attractions. The only complaint I had was the smoking in the hotel lobby and bar but I guess there are no restrictions in Amsterdam.
For European standards, it was very spacious and was the best hotel I have stayed at for under $150 Euros. Great value, good location and I would stay there again. Hotel room did not have dresser or microwave. (Microwave was available if you go down stairs).
Warm friendly atmosphere. A little far from the center and the action of leidesplein.
Very nice hotel, well situated nearby a tram stop. Big, clean and comfortable rooms (very quiet). Excellent breakfast, though rather expensive (as was the hotel itself). Would definitely stay there again if my budget allows it ......
panorama view through glass wall of my room on the 6th floor to trdational Amsterdam houses and chanel. The disctrict is really quiet. The hotel is located very close to Van Gogh museum, my favorite place in Holland it takes almost 1 hour to get the hotel afoot from Central station. You need take a taxi
Size of room is excellent for location relative to city center. Property has good ammenties.
Location was good It was very dirty and smelly. The room had not been properly cleaned- it was dusty, the bathroom was mouldy and there was garbage under our bed. There was a mouldy, musky smell in the entire hotel, from the 2nd floor and above. We paid quite a bit of money to stay in this "4 star" hotel, but the hotel was no more than a 2 1/2 star in my opinion. I would note recommend staying here.
Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of foods. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. I especially liked the good location to the museums and the friendly staff. Thank you for a nice stay. It was a little difficult to move easily between the bed and desk in room # 305.
Friendly hotel staff and clean rooms. Good location. Small Room
Lovely area, lovely hotel in charming old buildings, however with modern conveniences, large bedroom, excellent, helpfull staff. Beautiful fresh flowers in the common areas and in the bedroom. Everything perfect...
the hotel is walking distance from the museum area and the main shopping street the room was not insulated well, no double window so it was a little bit cold
A very cozy boutique hotel in a great location with friendly staff. The shower was scary.
location, services, cleanliness,
they confused me with another guest and gave me key to his room
convenience to Amsterdam attractions Our room was a little small
The location, the facility and room, and the staff. All was wonderful. I hope to go back. The hotel was busy and our room was upgraded to a superior room. It was very nice. It was too short!
Location near to the fashion and museum district. Quiet street the room was a little hot during the night
The staff at the Wyndham Apollo Hotel were extremely helpful throughout our stay. We ate in the bar one night and the food was lovely.
Close to the METS show at RAI. Close to restaraunts. Very poor WiFi access. Was a transitional period with WiFi providers. Most hotels provide free WiFi. The internet access was expensive.
Nice breakfast restaurant Room was not prepared by the maid with the customer in mind. Nothing was replenished by maid. Room needed to be cleaned up much better, prior to arrival.
They retained money from two Credit cards and they kept the hold for more than a week even after paying the whole bill. Awful staff
Nice, clean and large room. Good facilities and decent location.
The room we got was not what we reserved.
the location it was v relaxing
terrace with very beautiful view
The location suited our needs, the room was tidy and neat. The breakfast buffet was excellent. No
- Clean business style hotel. - Luggage room - The other staff except MR Moriba were friendly helpful and nice. Mr Anand and Mr ha...d were very nice. - We left the luggage for 2 weeks in the hotel and it was safe. - Airport shuttle - publicized on the web description. However the shuttles are far and few only a few times in a day. I picked the hotel for the shuttle... and ended up waiting a long while for the shuttle timing. We could not use the shuttle for our morning flight at 10 am, coz the shuttles only started after 7:30 am. I wish they allowed some flexibiity or at least had the shuttles available on a need basis. - Mr Moriba at the reception was inside leaving the reception unattended at the time of our checkout - we had to get a cab and rush to the airport and ended up waiting for him for 10 mins, had someone at the restaurant go in and look for someone. He was not even apologetic about it. It is not OK to leave the reception unattended. - Mr Moriba charged me some 4 euro in taxes, then said it was autocharged to my credit card, returned the cash.... overall he did not know what he was doing and added to a lot of delay. - Our last night of stay was at the basement - not very comfortable...with only the staff elevator access. The bath did not have a tub, and the water in the flooring overflowed to the entire flooring. Overall, we got an unfair deal with the basement room - it is not ok to charge the same price and give the basement room just coz the rooms are full. This is not what we had asked/ signed up for.
friendly welcoming staff
The room smelled musty, they had packets of tea and coffee but no coffee maker or any way to heat water. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor!
The rooms were small but well appointed. The staff was friendly. Best of all the location is away from the tourist craziness yet near many attractions and a great place to begin exploring on bicycle. The wine in the room was disappointing in quality and price.
The location is perfect - in a quiet but very central place. Free wifi in the room for no extra charge. The staff is helpful and efficient, without bothering you.
Amsterdam is so small there is no reason to stay in the middle of all the touristy stuff. This place was in a quiet area, yet close to everything. Clean, comfortable, with helpful staff. Did not try their Japanese restaurant but it was packed every night and apparently has a good reputation. I would say this is a more "grownup"/sophisticated hotel. They rent out average bikes, which are a few € more expensive than the rental place down the street, but it's more convenient than the rigmarole of leaving 50€ cash per bike + a copy of your ID. Honestly, the only negative were the rental bikes, which were not very comfortable for long rides but do the trick!
Location, staff was very helpful. Bath products and bedding was very nice. Outlet for coffee machine didn't work, had to make coffee in bathroom sink. Top floor room was designed poorly with very short ceilings in corners and hard to access outlets.
The comfort of the room and the tranquility I asked for two umbrellas and they delivered me two ancient and torn(broken) umbrellas. I supposed that they would not receive(charge) from me anything and they received(charged) from me 10 Euros. In addition request for three occasions that will change a molten bulb of the bedside table and the personnel dl hotel ignored.
The building itself and the decor, good size rooms and quiet location. The staff were unable to recommend good restaurants. The places they recommended were unimpressive and touristy.
a wonderful building, beautifully restored - we have stayed before and always look forward to coming back - the staff are all very friendly and helpful
I liked the location and the bar area.
The rooms and the hotel itself were very nice and stylish and friendly staff. Nice location. With regards to service: there is definitely room for improvement. You would expect a better service in a hotel like this. Even though we knew most of the staff consists of students you would expect a better service and a professional staff given these rates. Or else lower the price (and expectations will be lowered too), then it would be easier to accept that most of the hotel staff are no professionals (yet). We also thought the lightning in the room was a little insufficient (a little bit too dark).
The building itself is nice, but the service grade is very amateur as the hotel's name. For a short while the front could not find my room key and she told me that she would charge me for the loss of the key. She found out my key somewhere else finally.
Service was excellent, friendly. Ambience and decor beautiful, location very conveneint.
Great stay here by myself....I felt safer than other parts of Amsterdam. Woah....great neighborhood. Students spoke in Dutch to each other in front of me several times.
Close to museums and concert hall. Friendly family run hotel, good advice and recommendations given.
Location is good. It is near from V.G.Museum and bus stop.
Friendly and helpful staff. Close to Museum area. It is a bit far from the centre [but once you know how to use the trolleys it is ok].
Nice hotel, nice staff. Rooms are quite big for Europe.
Great location, small hotel, cosy, clean, customer-oriented and friendly staff, good breakfast. Would definitely recommend to friends.
Extremely friendly staff, good price, excellent location.
The Hotel is located right next to the concert Hall and walking distance to Rijks Musuem, Van Gogh Museum, House of Bols, Coster Diamonds. Tram 5 & 16 stops just outside and conveniently takes you into the city centre within 10mins. Around the corner there is the famous Vondelpark which is absolutely beautiful. The owner of the Hotel, Sabine was warm and welcoming and every time I asked questions or advice she would be quite detailed and thorough with everything. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Heemskerk and definitely worth it. No air con in the room, so had to leave the windows open for fresh air. But this is only a minor issue.
The personnel was very nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet but central area in Amsterdam. The room was very clean.
The entire hotel staff is wonderfully friendly, efficient, courteous, and helpful. Location is excellent: literally a minute's walk from the Concertgebouw, and an easy walk from the Rijkmuseum. Hotel Heemskerk is homey, welcoming, and informal.
Very pleasant staff, very cozy place and ambiance, excellent breakfast a bit expensive and far from downtown by foot
Very clean and tidy. Location very close to museums and out of the dodgy part of Amsterdam. Convenient transport. Helpful staff. Generous breakfast. Very small rooms, bathroom extremely small. 3 of us managed to bump our heads on the television shelf which was close to the bed. Some noisy residents. Scary lift and very steep stairs with dodgy old handrails (I got a splinter). Not much choice at breakfast.
Location is good and away from noise and crowds. Basic and small rooms. Very helpful staff. Very good price. Heating was not enough for the room. There was a weird smell when we first entered the room.
Friendly Staff Small room, noisy at night, disturbed sleep expensive
Well located across the road fom Rijksmuseum. The room was small and a little shabby, but clean.
Cleanliness, location, friendly staff. Hotel pub nice feature Austerity of rooms. Comfortable but basic. This is not a complaint. I appreciated the value for dollar spent.
Friendly staff, excellent location The mattresses were too firm for me - the bed was not comfortable
The staff were very helpful and the Hotel is in a great location for the sorts of things we wanted t do and see. The double bed room was alot smaller than we thought it would be.
Rooms are too smal to breath.
Friendly staff, clean room, plenty of space (but we were staying with 2 people in a family room for 4) We had to pay to use the locker.
The hotel was really nice, breakfast OK. Good location. We did not like the beds. Quite short + not too comfortable.
My room was on the top floor of the hotel and when I accessed my room it was very stuffy and hot. I found it did not have air conditioning and was very very hot as the room did not get any air circulating. The window sash cord was broken and you could not hold the window open. A piece of wood was used to have the window open to get some fresh air in the room. The room rate was good for Thurs night but jumped up 100 Euros for Friday night which I thought was too high. The breakfast was nice and the room clean, but overpriced for the weekend prices.
Almost everithing, kindly and doll stuff, clear rooms, the only problem were my neighbours themselfs, but it's not the hotel's blame. P.s. Offer for everybody No, nothing
location, staff, good bathroom facilities, reasonably comfortable and it was good thatthey offered a smoking policy. room service was not available, there was no bank/auto machine or facilities to obtain cash (all bank machines were emptied due to the festival in amsterdam).
Friendly stuff, nice rooms, very clean
Clean room, good breakfast as part of room rate, in a nice area. Trams nears, away from the crowds. Tea and Coffee in room. On main road and could be noisey at night. We had room next to lift and this was noisey, a long walk to main centre of city but trams nearby.
The hotel is situated near to most of the tourist destinations. The room is fine. but the elevator is crickety.
The breakfast was not bad and not too expensive. The tram stop was very close. The rooms are actually small, as well as the bathroom. The location of my room was OK, but there are rooms close to the elevator, where you can hear people talking. There is even a room whose entrance is in the lobby. My friends stayed in a room with a double bed which was too small.
None - the breakfast maybe? Horrible, please prevent at all costs, rooms are tiny, noisy. Really bad experience for such a great city, and such awful price ! beds, rooms, staff, noise
I payed for a small double - the room was fine and very clean but was right beside the entrance door and reception ddesk and very noisy - my friends got a room right beside the elevator which was also noisy - the walls must be made of cardboard or something but the hotel in general isnt bad.
20 min (pleasant) walk to centre or tram very close, clean and good staff. Secure parking, very good for my motorbike, 15 euro a day my room was by stairs so a bit noisy+ noise from cleaners woke me at 8
This hotel was a great location for enjoying Amsterdam as one could walk to the centre of Amsterdam from the motel, but also allowed one to escape from the business at the end of the day.
The hotel and staff were great, they were very accomodating and the price/quality, ie value for money is great. This is not a high end luxury hotel, but a very good, well priced hotel. And the best... free wifi, they understand that's important!! Rooms were a little warm for my taste, but I opened the window.
Location The bedspray was shabby and the bath was chipped. Hotel need refurbisment then it will be excellent!
Nice breakfast. A bit pricey for being so far from the centre.
The location When checking in staff was unfriendly. Rooms were small, beds small and bad, disgusting bathroom. Extremely noisy. Much better to stay at nearby Park Hotel or Garden hotel were I stayed on my other trips to Amsterdam. Memphis is definately not a 4 star hotel
This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. It is good, reasonably central, and very suitable for business trips. A good point is that it provides supper, if needed, as well as breakfast. There was nothing I did not like
it was in a very lovely leafy suburb, away from the hectic city centre but close enough to walk the room was very hot and there was nowhere to put luggage or toiletries
Location at the residential area makes the hotel more like home. Size is also reasonable, not very crowded, not very silent, and this results in comfort. Closeness to the museum region.. N/A
I liked the free WIFI the best USP of the hotel. The location was very near good restaurants and tourist spots the size of the rooms was too cramped. the double room was actually fit for only one person. the rooms in the 5th floor are really bad and felt like living in the attic. Thankfully I was given a better room on the 3rd floor. Besides, they overcharged for the breakfast. I can have the same breakfast outside for much lesser than 12.5 euros they charged me daily.
We had a plesant stay
staff very attentive and helpful; location very convenient; room was huge and shower very impressive no issues (corridors were vacuumed from 9am which was a little early if having a lie-in)
Fantasticly comfortable beds Paying for breakfast
The room was spacious and clean. The beds were quite comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is adequate. Very good value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who's on tight budget. The location: although the hotel is located in the museum quarter, it is not exactly the most accessible spot in Amsterdam. I'd prefer staying near the central train station or the eastern canal ring. The hotel is next to a schoolyard/children playground, so it could get a bit noisy during the day.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room.
Sunlit breakfast room was quite pleasant. The hotel was right across the square from the major museums and concertthall. Decorations are a bit sparce; there was construction going on next door in the back; they started drilling at 7:00 AM two mornings in a row. Ask for front room if they are still working.
Very good location The room was extremely cold! When we arrived the heaters were turned down (it was round 2 degrees woutside so inside not much more). I turned on the heaters to max, it helped a bit but when we came back late at night they were completely cold, even though they were set to 5. I was freezing the whole night long! Additionally we only had hot water during the first day, on the second it was warm, but impossible for me to wash my hair...
very comfortable bed none
We enjoyed our clean, comfortable room just a short walk from the Van Gogh Museum. It is very close to the Concert Hall and tram stops, and you'll find restaurants and a very nice bakery nearby. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They speak English well.
Staff, breakfast room, location, size of hotel carpet is a bit dirty/old - but it is in the city. And one lamp was broken in the room.
large clean rooms, good location smoking in the lobby
Surroundings: near beautiful Vondelpark in Amsterdam. Sice of room, spacious, many windows, good view. Very black dirty stain in corner of bath tub. Beds and pillows are very soft and uncomfortable.
Easy, friendy, service by staff. They went out of their way to help and offer help. I was late to the hotel (not a problem). I used the shuttle bus to the airport there was a problem but the desk sorted it out for me quickly and efficiently. Banging doors downstairs at 3AM. Probably just a one off, but it woke me up.
I liked the minimalistic, tasty appearance of the hotel lobby and the my room. The bathroom, and especially shower, was very comfortable. I did nok like to have to pat an additional 18.50 euro for breakfast, which was poor value for money.
The location is excellent and the area is quite safe and peaceful. Adequate conditions for offered price.
The Staff Being booked out as you were fully booked on first night and lack of restaurant
Lovely quiet location, friendly staff and good breakfast
Clean, good location, 12:00 checkout time Expensive breakfasts (17.50 euros)
staff excellent walls too thin could here the neighboors
I enjoyed my stay in Plaza VondelPark and the staff were very kindly. is not so close from the touristic areas. In another hand, it has a tram (line 2) stop just about 200 mts distant.
