Kontra: The WiFi in most premier inns annoys me in this day and age

Pro: Great value with very comfortable bed and convenient location right next to Heathrow. Staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. Restaurant meals were excellent.

Kontra: Saat cek in cukup lama... padahal tamu disebelah saya cepat sekali

Kontra: Entertainment facilities

Pro: Only a very short walk to Terminal 5, best location for the perfect start to your travel plans. We used the Spa and had great cocktails in the evening for the perfect start to our holiday.

Kontra: The internal rooms are dark

Pro: Ideal for early morning flight from Heathrow Terminal 5. Did not use it but BA check-in & bag drop would be very convenient if travelling with hold baggage.

Kontra: Not a lot!

Pro: Honestly this hotel is amazing. Perfectly clean, wonderful staff, stunning facilities and the perfect location for an early flight the next day. It's SO good that I would stay there again in an eye blink. The upgrade to a suite was most welcome and it was classy and beautiful.

Kontra: Pricey! I'm being a bit mean here as the price wasn't too bad considering the facilities, but it's still a lot of money.

Pro: Sofitel is not a cheap option, but after a long haul flight it’s great to have the hotel right at the terminal. Fabulous breakfast and great soundproofing sets you up ready for the next leg of your travels.

Kontra: My case was delayed so I would have liked extra touches expected in a higher end hotel. A bathrobe and toothbrush, comb and hair conditioner would have been nice. Also we were made to queue on checking in as we got stuck behind a plane full of people whose flight had been cancelled. We had a confirmed booking so it would have been appreciated if we could have checked straight in. Staff very friendly and helpful at reception and concierge the following day. I think we were unlucky with a bad patch at check in.

Pro: Excels at the two things you need most from a hotel:comfy beds with top quality duvets and pillows, and a roomy, hot powerful shower.

Kontra: Decor was bland and unimaginative. While the restaurant was excellent, it didn’t justify the silly price it charged.

Pro: Proximity to the airport was just what we needed before an early morning flight. Very friendly staff, a comfortable welcoming room and the choice of 3 eating places within the hotel made for a very pleasant stay.

Kontra: Nothing worth putting into words.

Pro: Staff were great. Buffet was good value and tasty.

Kontra: Charged for drinks we did not have. Concierge was not around when we wanted our bags. Shuttle bus to airport. Not easy to get to the bus stop from hotel.

Kontra: Hotel currently going through refurbishment

Pro: The free wifi was great to have. The rooms were clean and modern with a good size tv. Despite being next to LHR runway it was quiet. The breakfast selection was huge, everything fresh, best scrambled egg ever. All staff were friendly professional and very helpful.

Kontra: There wasn't anything I didn't like. I did find the ticket machine for the bus service to the airport didn't work with cash (just a minor thing) and I didn't see a business office for guests ( there may have been one but I didn't see one)

Pro: Room was beautifully clean and the bed comfortable.

Kontra: The queue to check in was too long, the phone in my room didn't work and the airport transfer that I was assured would be available in 5 minutes took 25 making me late for my meeting.

Pro: Easy check in.rooms great.atmosphere good.

Kontra: No kettle or tea making facility.

Pro: Comfortable and quiet rooms

Kontra: Not best for T2 & T3 as shuttle only runs e Rey 45 mins Some buffet breakfast items cold

Pro: Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room .nevcer felt m.

Pro: I liked the location - proximity to Heathrow airport, and I loved the cookies.

Kontra: I did not like the fact that on the second day of our stay the towels were not replaced, and the used teacups and glasses were not removed and replaced. A cup of tea on our second day would have been pleasant, but was denied.

Pro: The gentleman running the lodge was lovely, very helpful and welcoming. The room and bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable.

Kontra: It would have been nice to have a fridge and, hairdryer but managed fine without them. Only ventilation was via a window opening onto a busy noisy road at ground level. The window had no security stop so I couldn't leave it open overnight.

Pro: Location is excellent for T5. Great price for the room. All the basic facilities that you need.

Kontra: The bar and restaurant are reasonably expense for what you get e.g. £8 for quite a basic chicken salad was a bit much.

Pro: Clean. Good value compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast included.

Kontra: Can hear noise from planes clearly. Pillows a bit uncomfortable.

Pro: Nothing

Kontra: When I arrived to the Hotel 2:10am, the room was no longer available and they send me to another hotel 20min driving away. There was no communication between the original hotel and the new hotel so I had to wait for 30mins in the new hotel so they could sort the booking. In the Heathrow T5 there was no parking space available so you need to risk parking in the double line outside. Really bad experience.
