Not much I am afraid I was a bit dissapointed with it. The internet does not work very fast and I even could not get in my e-mail...
hotel was clean, equipments were modern and new, staff was very polite far from the sea and nightlife, far from the public transport
It was good for getting into Palma city centre, Soller tram station and the main bus routes. It was a little bit noisy outside during my stay there, but there were road works in a neighbouring street.
Hotel situated centrally to Palma - 10 minute walk to buses, trains etc. Quiet area
Excellent value hotel - efficient and friendly with bar/cafe area. Rooms are simple but clean. About 5 mins walk to Plaza Espanya for trains and buses (including airport bus). Old Town about 20 mins walk but taxis are cheap. Shopping and plentiful bars in immediate area. Surrounding streets a little noisy.
It was close to main things to see and located in a side street so it was not as noisy as it could have been if located on one of the main streets. Palma surprised me since I had only thought of the place in terms of sun and nightlife types of holiday; it is possible to treat it as a city in its own right and go on trips to beautiful places. Walls were thin and we could hear people in the next room. Breakfast offered no choice and was not worth calling a breakfast from a UK perspective.
Good value for money, friendly staff and good central location. Everday.
Decent service. about 15min walk from bus station.
When we first checked in they gave us a twin room. We have booked a double and they tried to say you had to make a special request for a big bed. Surely double and twin's are the same in most countries! In the end we swapped rooms and got a double, as we had booked
the bidet in the bathroom, air conditionning, quiet street lack of decoration in the rooms, some rooms have hard beds
It is near the central bus station. The Hotel is very simple, but a good place for sleeping. The Hotel is very good if you will go to Mallorca instantly, without special wishes.
Balcony, English-speaking staff Horrible smell of bleach in the entire room, no locks on bathroom doors and windows, cigarette holes in sheets
What a pleasant surprise this Hotel was - it has apparently been recently renovated and is in excellent shape. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, local restaurants and cafe/bars......... I can't think of one thing I didn't like about this place
room serviced every day, central location no air con in room, no courtesy room, lift not working, scruffy decor and furniture
Close to city center. rather cheap.
It was ok just for the one night as a stop over, I wouldn't choose to stay there for any longer. As above , the fact it was on a busy road.
Room number 19 had damp and black mould on the walls. The furniture and sanitary ware was also broken. I was told the hotel was fully booked when I asked for another room.
Good Central Location
Central Position in Palma de Mallorca The room was very hot
Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location, 10-15 minutes walking to the Plaze de España. Very decent price. Thin walls. Could hear the people in the room next to mine talking and snoring.
The staff were very friendly. The reception was staffed 24 hours a day, which adds to the safe feeling in the hotel. There is a lovely sitting room area for guests to use to have a break from the rooms in the evenings.
Quiet location, very clean with a modern bathroom. The breakfast was good and the whole deal was value for money.
Hotel is very clean and in a nice quiet neighbourhood only 10 mins away from bus station but away from all the crowds of the centre. Felt like the real Palma, with some decent local bars and cafes nearby. Would stay there again. breakfast just ok
Handy location - near bus and train station & near town centre (10 mins walk)
Some of the comfiest beds I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping on in a hostel. Unfortunately, the staff is extremely rude and unaccommodating and the doors are literally the worst choice for a hostel. They are wood and one needs to slam them in order to come in and out, effectively waking everyone up in a dorm whenever someone needs to come and go. Also, for the amount of beds they have the kitchen is a joke, extremely small and not well equipped.
