I liked the size of the room. All the rooms at this facility all have an ocean view so don't fret about getting stuck on the wrong side of the building. The corridor is also open to the outside so there's no strong funky mold smell. There was a kitchenette complete with fridge, microwave, toaster so you can make your own snacks at the property. My shower handle wouldn't stay at a my desired temp setting. I called to have it fixed but either no one showed up or they couldn't fix it. I had to either hold the handle in my desired temp seting or shower in semi-cold water. It didn't really bother me though...it's warm in Acapulco
Amazing location, kind of middle so you have easy and quick access to everywhere around. Very good beach and service on the beach. Nice views from the rooms. Comfortable place, good value for money. Receptionists do not speak English (except a couple of them) so its difficult to get any information from them if they speak they probably have no idea about anything... (most of the cleaners or bellboys speak English and know more about the city or interesting places to go to so don't be afraid to ask them).
The location is amazing. Really easy to get around and find things to do. The staff is rude. They kept asking if I was staying there. I had my bracelet on the whole time and wore short sleeves. Asking them for information or suggestions was a bother to them. The staff acted like providing service was doing me a favor.
Excellent location, great pools Front Desk customer service one of the worst ever service received. Terrible attitude towards customers and extremely slow! Shower in room terrible - no power and sometimes minimal hot water. Availability of deck chairs around pool non existent after 7am! And some of the cabannas by the adult pool had towels left over night and during the day and no- one appeared to be lying on them - there should be a time limitation to reserve deck chairs and cabannas!
near to the beach we asked on bed more but the bed is too small
It is cheap. Not enough sun beds and sun beds at the beach cost money. Is not a 5 star hotel.
Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for 9 days. Its located at the best beach area in Acapulco. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we are going back. A special thanks to the nice waiter Cuauhtemoc and for the good service from Socrates in the reseption. A water slide from the beach pool out in the sea :)
good location and nice beach. Excellent breakfast. THe room was not ready the night we arrived. THey had not confirmed the reservation from Booking.com. The AC does not work properly. It leaves the room humid, stuffy and with a mildew smell. THere is no Internet in the rooms, only in a small area in the lobby. No telephone service unless you open a voucher with your credit card. Noisy people on the aisles late at night, we had to call security.
We enjoyed the atmosphere and location, the pool, the beach and the ability to get to the beach from the hotel. The lobby area is very open and clean. The ability to get computer access in a foreign country within a few minutes. This was our first trip to Acapulco by way of a cruise and we are already planning a return trip and bring some of the family. We were only there a day but enjoyed the stay.
Well since we arrive to the hotel the staff was pretty kind and serviceable, then we had some problems with the room and they give us a better room for the mess. Finally when we were about to leave we miss our documents and they help us to find a solution in the airport. We defiantly gonna come back to this hotel
evrything was great, the Hotel and all the Facilities, i will go back again for sure.
Splendid view from room 518 & restaurant Bellavista but ... Need a competent coatch to improve the service witch didn't meet the 5* Leading Hotel of the World. Big disappointement. We never had such a poor New Years Eve party.
Exclusive, distinctive resort in a beautiful position with fantastic views, with a very efficient and friendly staff. The hotel's La Concha private club by the sea is the 'ace' in the Las Brisas pack - very impressive. There is a high level of traffic noise and at weekends and also a lot of noise from the nearby discos / nightclubs on the 'Acapulco Bay side' of the property.
I like a lot my staying at Las Brisas Acapulco. It is not our firsttimethere and it is a wonderful hotel, with a great location, marvelous attention. a unique experience I like it all
the service was just outrageous, al the employes were more than willing to make your stay a fantastic one
the view and the privete pool breakfast wos very poor the send 3 cakes and some frut it is not a meal there were not cofee or tea maker as promised
The view. The beach club was great. The water that came from the cold water fawcet was hot! The room I got was on the back of the mountain, so it was blocked from the wind, so it was quite hot, and had lots of mosquitoes. The forgot to bring breakfast twice, and I had to call and ask them to bring it. The breakfast was mediocre at best. It is really not suited for small children, There was no way to isolate the pool area from the room, the balcony enclosing is pretty low and our baby tried to climb it, also the stairs that came down to the pool wereunsafe for small children.
Great service. Far from beach.
The privacy of my room They left the blankets in the entrance for my villa, the hotel transportation chofers where not good enough
Excellent service, staff great, location and views world class, private pool with view of Acapulco Bay superb, Beach club excellent, old buildings but "good bones" to quote Lonely Planet. Unique place, would recommend to anyone - and worth splashing out on a "junior suite" room - not really a suite, but larger room, best views etc. No
The whole stay was unforgetable No
Perfect place to relax during a long weekend The breakfast bring at your room is very cheap, inconsistant not at all in relation with The standing of The hôtel .
I stayed for three days. Beautiful view of the beach. I slept in great comfort for my stay. Its the first time I didnt cheap out for a hotel and I did not regret it. The food was okay and a bit expensive in my opinion. Tho to me almost all the food in Acapulco is like that. I really did not like that I have to sneak in water because the hotel wants to force you to buy their more expensive water. No mini fridge sucks for a 5 star hotel. Maybe it was because we had a few devices running, but the wifi was slow, my phone's roaming data was faster. Also I did not like that upon arrival, I had waited an hour and a half for my room to be ready, but thats about it.
We enjoyed the location and the facilities. I think we were overcharged -more than reservation had totaled. Still have not received final total on my bank card in US dollars to be sure what we paid. Hopefully that amount will be converted from mxn and billed to my bank card to know for sure. Next time I will prepay prior to travel.
The staff, very helpful!!! Nothing, everything was great!
The service was good, the people were very gentle and the pool was nice with a very good view
large airy and comfortable room. great restaurant, a la carte. Buffet was much less interesting.
Its location on the beach and in the middle of the bay. The mattress was too hard.
Quiet, galmour, everybody called me by my name, relax. I want to get back
the rooms were very dirty the airconditioner did not work and it was realy hot! people was not nice at all,
The property is beautiful. They allow parties until 3-4am regardless of the fact that guests can not sleep. Their response to this is doing nothing. Also, rooms don't have coffee makers. There is nothing close so you depend on what the hotel offers. Expensive for what you get.
I liked the swimming pool , hotel is giving wi fi facility at the lobby only, they should offer the facility to the rooms also,
Nice clean hotel with excelent location and excelent price/value. We ordered a suite with kitchen but did only get a standard room with view to the main road. There was a wallmart just in front with a lot of salesperson shouting from their microphones from 8 am on some days.
1) Wireless network must be stable 2) Print the TV channel list on the small piece of paper, as it done in Hotel One 3) TV remote control
Location was good to events in downtown Acapulco. The price was right for the kind of place and type of hotel. Restaurants near the hotel were good and security was careful. There was no coffee maker and the front desk was not terribly friendly.
Great window view (Acapulco + Pacific Ocean), really close to the beach. A smell of wet in the room was noticeable and could overhelm the positive aspects of the hotel. Maybe it's due to wooden furniture in the room but really something to work on it.
The rooms were a bit on the smelly side. One srt of towels were available for the three of us and when we requested two sets of towels, we were told the maid had left and were unable to give us extra towels.
The staff were very helpful and smart, gave good impression. Had all facilities I needed for short stay, except a bath.
Acapulco Casa Inn has a great location. Pool is great! I did not like that rooms were kind of old and that pool was crowded with kids. You were not able to swim because they were diving all time.
