Nile view I enjoy it because it inspire me Reception embole are very freindly and sense of respect they are Embasadors of Egypt My regards
view and location Quality of some staff , hard to get a taxi, value for money
many restaurants and nice view very long check in and check out., Price paid is 6% more than booking price., Hotel staff and security asking for tips for doing nothing., must pay $10 to get in the sauna.
Excellent service from start to finish. Great rooms and lovely view over the Nile.
Excellent Hotel I can really recommend
the place of the hotel
It's view and closeness to the Nial without any seperation ,presence of Alkapapgy one of best resturence . no gift or small shoping place
How welcoming the staff were and the lobby I expected more clean there was some dust on the book and around the sink wasn't clean which I found it mistreating your guest nicely there small detail should be clean because it matter to some people
The view, nice territory, nice outdoor pool. Quite good for Cairo. We ordered a breakfast with the room service, we were told that the breakfast will arrive in 10-15 min. Finally it took about 1 hour and they didn't bring coffee, saying that coffee machine is broken...The price for the breakfast is around 20 euros.
Fantastic view and clean accommodation. A bit of a walk to the city centre (Tahrir Sq.). Better to catch taxis on the road though (taxis waiting in front of the hotel will rip you off).
Luxurious, clean, comfortable, attentive staff, excellent restaurants and breakfast. Fabulous view from rooms. A little out of the way - taxis or hotel limousine essential to get anywhere. Very comfortable way to prepare for long plane trip. It was very busy when we arrived to check in and we had to wait 20 minutes to be assisted at reception.
the location is very centralized - The rooms are nothing to do with the advertised picturs online. - The staff are very unfriendly and un knowledgeable. - The rooms are old smelly and dirty ( none smoking rooms found somoke tabs inside balcony). - the toilet is so dirty you can't even use it. - the lobby (Front Disk) is a one man show. - This hotel is only good for Adult affairs and not a family or business place.
It was in the centre of a bussing city but was also relaxing The traffic around it
Staff excellant and very helpful. Good location for visit to city centre and cairo museum which is across the road. Nice outdooor heated pool and good selection of restaraunts in hotel. Not a five star hotel as it was clean but dated . the tour group in hotel was very poor and too expensive. Very poor information from office and meal on nile tour the worst meal we have ever had. The egyptian dance and music was very good.
The staff and facilities were all wonderful, very friendly and efficient and I feel it was an excellent place to stay in such cities as Cairo,I was very impressed! My only criticsm was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room.I've stayed at many Hiltons and this is a feature I expected and I feel it would prove to be very popular with most guests, and not expensive to implement.
The hotel made a mistake with the booking, but rectified it after some discussion and upgraded the room. It was useful to have the print-out of the original booking with us, as it was disputed.
the ramses hotel is an old the management should renovate it totaly. there are more guests than the hotel staff can handle.specially at lobby area and the garden court.more over the wedding is held at the same place of the lobby area which make the area very unsafe for scaping rout in case of fire.
Waiters at the breakfast room, had no idea about a)1-how to handle a glass 2-to check if the glasses are replaced by clean glasses 3-if the forks are clean. B)everyhwhere at the hotel is smoking(thks god not at the rooms) area.for those who has allergy,it is a real big problem.
Excellent service good value great breakfast rec upgrade to executive checkin if avail. Staff top rate, nothing too much trouble.
It was nice hotel, needs refurbished bathrooms. Location is excellent, no need for taxi. Everything is around you within a walking distance, mall, cofe shops, supermarkets, shisha places. cinema, fast food are also cross the road. Only bathrooms needs new fittings.
Breakfast of the hotel was fantasitic!
Nothing Bad every thing
Staff is very friendly Upon arrival to my room, I found the remainings of hoses in the bathroom. Seems that they have executed repair works but them forgot to clean up.I had the chance to try three of the restaurants in this hotel but non of them offered quality food.
There's a nice view of the pyramids by the pool. The rooms are nice and updated except for the carpet. Eat outside of the hotel. The food is mediocre at best. The hotel is very disorganized. Lots of potential regarding this hotel but needs new management.
needs to be reorganized service, food, cleaning
very helpful stuff location terrible (not close to pyramids by foot), nothing near hotel to dine or tale a cafe', cafes inside hotel below expectations
dont judge the book by its cover! photos are very misleading... pyramid view is hardly visible & lots of extra charges. first time MEridian let me down.
I'd say everything was so nice than I expected before. When I arrived the hotel everybody said to me welcome to Le Meridien Pyramids and the receptionists speak perfect English. Also, my room was surprisingly luxurious, comfortable and of course really clean. Room making services did a great job everyday. In addition, I was able to see the pyramids from the swiming pool and staff warking there were very friendly and nice. What's more? Oh, there were several places to eat and drink in the hotel and I went a few of them. All staff were well trained and helpful. I remember one more thing. There was a bank next to the reception and the exchange rate was the same as the banks in the Cairo airport.
Food in the restaurant was excellent. Not much else was good though, the hotel does not deserve a good rating and the price is far too high for the service that it offers. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff, general hygiene poor, pool ghastly, unpleasant and old feel
Close proximity to the Pyramids. Good selection of food at the buffet. Great pool area. The water temperature in the shower was very hard to regulate. The anti-scald feature on the sink and shower mixers does not seem to be working.
Exceptionally gracious staff and very good facilities. Terrific pool. No complaints
In any hotel in Cairo you will find the traffic anoying. I have been to the hotel before and when I came I found out they were renevaiting the hotel and there were no information about. So it was noisy out by the pool, and the nice coffe place they had before weren`t there
theo only good thing is the restaurants and the pyramid views.. Some of the service was great but was a bit to full on. Thew hotel photos did not apply to the hotel. It was not updated with recent pic]tures and did not look like what we wanted. the hotel is quite old. Hertz car rental i fine but had problems with tipping and some of the staff were to full on. Watch out if you have blonde hair. For the money you pay i do not think it was worth it.
Location Restaurants were under construction
Hotel Le Meridien were under instruction to charge our credit card. They charged the clients credit card after threatening them with jail
I like their services. The staff was very helpful and nice.
I cannot say enough about the dining facility in this Hotel. Superb meals, both the buffet and A La Carte. Very Professional staff in dining area, which is elegant & cozy. These suites are very spacious and comfortable. The terrace is large and there is a lot to view from them. We were able to secure a personal guide from the lobby personnel, which made our visit to Cairo more enjoyable. We would definetly recommend this Hotel.
Clean and comfortable with excellent staff.
The hotel is not perfectly located on the Nile, but it is one third of the price of the perfectly located hotels, and I found the location super-interesting. The hotel is clean and very well maintained and staffed, and it has the best gift store of the 20 or so I scanned in Cairo. I definately recommend Safir as a budget alternative to the classic five stars (Grand Hyatt, Kempinski, etc)
we enjoyed the evengn music sessons
Great Breakfast My room was very noisy. It was on a top floor, and motors on the roof kept me awake all night. Bar downstairs has an undisclosed minimum spend requirement.
Good Breakfast, River Nile was in a close proximity, Courteous Staff. No water for one day as there was a muncipal problem in the entire area and this was the day we checked-out for our onward journey. So we had the minimum impact. However other travellers were having quite a problem.
The rooms were large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The pool area was nice with cushions laid out for comfort. We did not get a chance to use the pool but it looked inviting. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection. Food was good.
Large range food options - swimming pools excellent
It was clean and convenient. I did not like that I was charged more than the rate I had booked. They do not seem to have your reservation! It is very frustrating to be told that you have to pay pay extra as they do not know booking.com.
Wel situated near the airport, a lot of different restrorans inside, different types of quisine I booked "pool view", but never received it, I ve got view on the roof. No option with breakfest included
air conditioning bad attitude staff, they charge for parking, room is not clean
very near to the airport so good for transit very slow house keeper
The disk know nothing, inexperienced management.
Location, facilities, Internet access
parking is very expansive it shall be free its more than the rate of the room too hours cost you 50 $
resturants were good, and the swiming pools are also ok the staff are not good also you don't feel tehre is a privacy in your room
Actually I stayed in the Fairmont Towers not heliopolis but they are both the same. The best thing about this hotel is that its design is very contemporary and progressive and very well maintained. They lack flexible car rental deals. They have a few agreements with some providers but they are extremely expensive and for certain level of cars (bmw, Mercedes) its mandatory to take it with a driver which further increases the daily rate.
Everything. My fourth stay in the last two months, and for the price it is an excellent hotel with shared facilities at the Fairmont Towers to which it is connected.
Accessibility to Airport Very poor hot water supply to the room
the breakfast was excellent it was very cold as the aircondition wasnt working and nobody seemed to have any information
this hotel was overlooking River Nile and the breakfast was good.
Well run medium-sized hotel. Excellent location if you want to be in Zamalek. Not luxury, but good. Occasional wrinkles, but that is inevitable in Cairo.
Breakfast was good for a 3 star hotel. Hotel staff friendly. No air conditioning and despite several complaints nothing was done about it (temperature when we stayed was in mid 30's). . Had to have window open and noise from the streets was excessive until around 3 a.m. in the morning - the result was three nights with very little sleep. Verbal communication was challenging on several occasions.
fine hotel, supermarket and internetcafe across the street, breakfast good. Junior suite very comfortable!
Their slogan is "local traditions, international standards" (or something like that) and they more or less live up to it: the hotel is close to the standards of the international chains and yet has a definite local flavor. Rooms a little small, elevator a little slow.
The location of Flamenco Hotel on Zamelik Isl. was outstanding. The room was comfortable and clean and the bathroom, though small was in good repair.
there are two type of room new and old therefore always request the new,,,, the old room the view is bad and the room is very old. the breakfast is good
I liked the renovated room. I stayed in two different rooms - at the beginning of my trip to Egypt and at the end. The second room was 100% better than the first. The second room was clean and new. I stayed in two different rooms in this hotel. The first room was terrible. Very old bathroom is horrible condition. Old dirty carpet, old worn out funiture. I only recommend this hotel if you stay in a newly renovated room. (I know this looks like a complaint.)
Excellent location in Zamalek in central Cairo Buffet breakfast included in our room rate was excellent Staff was friendly and helpful
Only the breakfast Needs renovation asap
Nice Room Nile view, Friendly Staff
The spacious room, the attending staff, the general cleanliness..
The staff responsible for cleaning the rooms, made too much noise outside that one is not able to sleep after 8 am. Second, the airport shuttle that was supposed to be on time, did not show up for 30 min and I had to take a taxi. The reception staff were informed that I was not glad about both situations. I hope my next visit will not encounter such incidents, especially I am a member of the President Club. Best Regards.
The rooms were clean and modern. Public areas were attractive. Although 1 of our 2 rooms was non-smoking, there was smoke odour. The other non-smoking room next door was fine.
The atmosphere, the luxury and care that is afforded to guests.
welcoming and helpful staff
Everything was wonderful.... and the staff was very very polite and helpful!
5-star quality hotel. Excellent staff, beautiful and spacious rooms, all amenities in place. In short: one of the very best hotels I have ever stayed in. And I am a worldwide business traveller for 15 years now.
the place was nice and details were all payed attention too. very nice hotel. I didn't like the check in process. neither desk (the main hotel or the towers) had my reservation nor could they find it. I had to pull out my computer to show them the reservatoins. I had the worst Cashew Chicken I had ever had in my life. the Pizza and the Shashimi was good but the Cashew Chicken was the worst I ever had in any countyry.
Great rooms and amenities!
The presence of so many restaurants and a good bar. However the music was too loud sometimes to have a good business talk The music in the bar was sometimes too loud
it has big lobby and many restaurants the charge me for using business room and for printing and copy machine were very ecpensive
it is calm, clean and the hall is big which makes you feel comfortable rooms are not 5 stars.. bathrooms are very very old.. the TV is horrible and old
Staff - well trained, responsive. Evidence of good professional management. A bit expensive, but a comfortable stay
Very nice garden area and classic look. Good lebanese restaurant and excellent steaks at the Italian restaurant: you can chose different menues form the garden area which is elegant in the evening. Free shuttle but to the airport every hour. Good and clean fitness centre. I have been there for about 15 times this year, they never upgrade the points on my alitalia card despite many complaints.
services, cleanliness, comfort Too far from the center
Friendly reception staff, very comfortable, quiet room and excellent service package. Staff can be very inflexible at times (just not used to the Western way of doing things) and very stingy with alcohol in drinks. Alcohol is very expensive.
Every staff member was very hospitable, helpful and honoring of each of our family members. Amazing service.
excellent Staff the likes of Magdoline, Mohamed and the rest of the team internet or sever disconnection challenges atleast once or twice but there was an alternative
i was very relaxed at the morning but at the evening it is very noisy and crowded i love this old building, the choice of the staff is perfect,it is very neer to the airport more than i expect the booking at the start was difficult it ap.that ther is no exp with net booking
very nice stuff. There was some little noise in corridors.
Very nice heath spa, sauna etc. Charming and helpful staff It was further from the city centre than I expected; but conveniently close to Cairo Intl Airport
Beautifull hotel with very comfortabel rooms and beds. Rooms with poolview are very nice. When we were there a musicband was playing every night. If you like that it is fun, otherwise can be disdurbing. Staff was more willing to handle things about the room and bills with my husband instead me. One time they did not accept me signing a bill without my husbands autograph.
the complimentary drinks all the day the hotel doesn't come close to its 5* rating! the rooms are all thesame size, whether single or double or triple!! for the triple they just added an extra bed. Therefore, cramped space! breakfast menu is the same daily. The staff in the dining room has this one thing on their minds- clear the table ASAP!
really nothing special to be a 5 star hotel, price/quality too high value. Bathroom not very clean.
Extremely gracious staff. Beautiful hotel. The price of liquor. Too high!
The luxurious atmosphere in the hotel They charge extra money for the use of health club and the internet connection is extremely high
Short night,it was easy to go the airport early.
Location proximity to the airport as well as the city downtown, room is clean Hotel is kinda old, had to pay for parking a car!! Tv is small and not even LCD, airport pick up is not available for Egyptians only!! So I think the staff isnt the best around
the internet presentation of the hotel is misleading showing a swimming pool that is currently, in actual fact, a total construction site. no exterior space whatsoever poor hygiene in rooms, rude duty manager, poor breakfast, noisy weddings every day till 01:30, very poor bathroom facilities with knobs falling off
Hospitality of the staff.
Service is good, crew are friendly and it's near to the best shopping mall: City Star...five minutes drive. fitness center is very small and locked in a very small room.
The proximity to airport. Quiet area. Close to modern areas like City Stars Mall, and the main highways. Also near brand name shopping outlets. Though they arrange free bus every hour to airport. They do not have free bus transport FROm airport. And the hotel representative office at airport is closed for long time when I arrived to airport from overseas. And no one, even Airport Information could not give me any schedule info about the hotels bus shuttle, nor the time the office opening hours.
I really liked the location of the hotel. It is about 15 min from Cairo Airport which is very convenient for those who wish to make a stop at Cairo yet they don't wish to be either in the vicinity of a busy and noisy airport, nor they wish to go to a hotel in the far away downtown. Also the area around the hotel is quiet. Many resturants of various tastes are within the hotel premises. Inforcing security measures (car search using canine unit, and X-ray baggage check) before entering the hotel premises provided assurance to safety. I did not like the fact that I was quoted a room price in US $, and that price was written on my room key cover (which was a good practice by the way to show transparency for guests), and yet on check out I was asked to pay in Euro (e.g., check-in US$ 130, check-out EU 130). And I signed the credit card bill without realizing that I was authorizing the hotel to withdraw 130 euro instead of 130 US dollars. That was really bad, but definitely does not affect my judgment towards the hotel facilities, because it might have been a mistake or at least I can blame it on an individual behavior.
The location was excellent and the staff was very accommodating. Booking.com hadn't faxed over my reservation so there was some delay as the hotel confirmed things with them.
the style of the room , the back side of the hotel
upgraded to better room hotel transfer too expensive as was the internet.
Amazing location and professional service, intelligent staff, SKY POOL overlooking the Nile. Great rooms and provisions. Sky deck closes at sunset. No free internet in rooms - this should be standard. No breakfast with the room fare.
The atmospher was great. The internet didn't work in my room.
The staff are excellent, very friendly and attentive. Rooms are very nice with very comfortable beds. Lovely hotel. Very expensive internet unless you are a member of free President's Club. Very noisy wedding until 4am kept us awake on Thursday night despite being on 8th floor.
The first thing I liked is that the hotel upgraded us to Fairmont gold which included free food which was not in our initial booking. The rooms were very clean and the view was very nice. The staff was not very knowledgeable and do not provide exceptional service which should be available in a 5 * hotel
Staff did not care about anything. They kept saying that We will charge your credit card any way. Staff is very unfriendly
Excellent location, nicely decorated
The site mentioned that there is free shuttle to airport, but I had to pay thre times what I would pay for a normal taxi
comfort, shopping, and luxury too expensive $120 for 2 rooms 2 nights
Swimming pool, Lobby, resturant and the food.It is also vey close to the Mall city star which is a huge mall where you can find a lot of shops & resturant. The only thing that people smoking everywhere. Delay in room service. may be due to so many guest?
cleanliness , people were nice , in the room , DVD was not working , as i lost my luggage i dont recieve enough help , although i dont have any thing to shave and brush my teeth , i dont find this facility in the the room , i asked for it they bring tooth brush , but they dont bring a shaving blade and hair comb .once i arrived i informed that i have problem that my luggage lost and i want your help to follow up with the air port , but i felt they didnt do it , becuase when i returned back next morning to ask for the luggage they told me that their is no news , later i discivered that they recieved my luggage but thier were miss communication in between the shifts , until afternoon i returned to them and by chance i discovered that they already recieved the luggage .
I like the warm envirment in the hotel and sorrounding.they have many good food and very warm staff no
the speedy chick in and the speedy chick out .the hotel managment knows how to demonstrate hight level of customer service .very friendly staff highly trained
Near the City Stars shopping mole. - The reception staff
very poor communication within the staff, they are not customer oriented and poor customer satisfaction
The Swiming Pool and the Facility - Staff are using People, which realy i will think twice going again back to the hotel, Frankly i could go for another 3 nights more (Bussiness Trip) but i decided to go for another hotel to avoid the staff
The history of the place and the Urban Decoration is so amazing and so beautiful. Some the staff behave is not appropriate , the bathroom is not equipped very well and its old,
every thing specialy the bachyard cafee
Excellent and highly trained Staff, especially Front Desk staff and their management
Not a lot actually. See below. Food and drink was extremely overpriced and mediocre. An example which sums up the hotels attitude to the guest was two 1/2 litre bottles of water in the room with a price tag on them of EL. 24 each (approx 3 Euros) Accommodation although clean was rather tired - not what I expected for the 'Offer price' on a deluxe room.
the most i liked was the outlets of the hotel. i didnt like the rooms as they look a bit old fashioned.
Hotel facilities House keeping disturbace to make the room even the not disturb sing is hung outside the room
The garden They dont give u the room and the view u like
inclusive of all services they did not recognize your website, but luckyly the manager was a german national and have resolved it.
Impressive hotel, but don't expect max efficiency, we are still talking about Egypt :) Minimal glitches with staff and responsiveness, but nothing to spoil the stay or anything.
We liked the locality near to airport because we spent only one night waiting for the conection from Dar to Munic. Very nice was also overall feeling. We did not like the tiping asked for everything. Tip is for some extra service but people in Egypt are used to ask for everything and all the time even for service which we already payed reguler (and not so cheep) price. But this is not a problem of Novotel but Egypt in general.
Nothing. Staff was not helpful - had to take a taxi to the hotel due to no shuttle availability. We had to load our own bags on to a very high scanning belt even though it was just my daughter and I - no one from the bell staff offered to help - they just stood there!! Sheets were dirty. Carpet in the room was filthy. Bathroom was reasonably clean. Lighting was dismal. We had to leave the hotel at 3:30 a.m. for our flight but the shuttle was late by 10 mnutes. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!!
Location. I had a stop over in Cairo and need to find a hotel which is close to the airport. It was the closest and most reasonable one. I asked for non-smoking room and there was a sing of "non-smoking" room on a door but the smell of cigarettes was awful!
Efficient airport transfer. No check out necessary for early morning flight. Entertainment in restaurant area was too loud. Price could be keener.
The proximity to the airport. The hotel staff were dishonest and unreliable.
it was very very close to the airport which is what i wanted first time in Egypt and i dont think they get quality service and hotels. The hotel was tired in its decor and fittings especially the bedrooms although relatively clean. Price was too much but with its pretentions and location fair i guess although i know that egypt relatively is a cheap place. Food was not good and overpriced.
staff room service is not as expected
I liked that it was close to the airport. I found the hotel disappointing for the amount of money I paid, in addition to the fact that they charged 27 dollars for internet. The shuttle bus was an hour and a half late in picking me up and the complimentary drink and snack I was meant to receive because of this delay took over four hours.
The room we stayed was clean and nice. The hallway was a little bit dark. The taxi desk offered only expensive tours even though we wanted to have a simple ride to the pyramids. We had to negotiate with taxi drivers in front of the hotel for 30 minites. They tried to get as much money as they could from us, so it took long time to start.
The staff. There was NO HEAT at all.
No thing Yas, acually everything
Maintenance can be improved ( broken termostatic control of air conditioning in the room - old, ruined frigo bar - ruined water taps and bath details
staff are not friendly nor willing to help with the exception of one concierage called Shaaban abdallah, Laundery refused to pick up a suit and a dress for next day pressing claiming they are closed though it was 7:55 pm and they supposed to close at 8:00 (the guy called Jerjes), even though i lit up dont disturb and hang the sign on the door but house keeping insisted on ringing the bell just in case i was awake! (two nights out of the three)
good value for money , excellent staff, ..an exceptionally good hotel for cairo. lan wifi in room $10 per day ok speed but not great. has the most comfortable beds. Is a five star hotel expensive alcohol but thats to be expected
Friendly treatment. The extreamly high internet prices. Even for the executive floors.
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff 2 single beds for my wife and I
Room service is the worst iv'e seen in my whole traveling life. They never clean when you need them to and they barge in on you while sleeping although the DND sign is hanged.
This is a big business type hotel and the best thing about it is the friendliness of most of the staff I had booked six rooms and they managed to lose one of the bookings despite having confirmed it on the phone the previous day. Also when our flights in from Aswan were rearranged our telephone message was never received by the concierge.
the location of the hotel is near the airport and near the city sight.
I stayed at the hotel for two nights and the reception staff were not helpfull when asking them about things to do in Cairo. I was refered to the bell boys who i felt were out to rob me. On two occassions i arranged a taxi from the hotel and on both attempts they were trying to swindle money out of me.
The staff was very great and the hotel is nice and clean, but the problem was that compared to other hotels in Cairo which are higher in class and luxury, the price is very high. The swimming pool.
Ideal location, on the nile close to the museum and restaurants/bars. staff very unhelpful. everything we requested involved us asking at least 3 times and waiting at least 1 hour. Pool was supposed to be heated but too cold to use even in the day when the sun was out. Standard of hotel very poor for the price.
Excelent facilities, very well located in the one of the most beatifull part of Cairo, the Gezirah Island in Nile river. Warming and friendly attention from the staff & services team
central location, walking distance to the Egyptian museum (as previous comments suggest traffic is indeed heavy but if you do as the locals do it is no problem at all getting there), close to metro station, nice roof-top terrace, reception staff friendly and helpful service in the restaurant was poor (had to wait 20 minutes for someone to take my order) even if food itself was good, cleanliness of the room could be improved (changing bed sheets on a daily basis is not the whole deal and not the most important thing), breakfast a bit boring and slightly over-priced for what it offers, tea/coffee/creamer not replenished (had to ask 3 times)
design of furunure so comfortale Cleaning of bathroom
Quite . staff , clean room , T.V the bath room didnt have the water hause for cleaning after using the sifoon
Location of the hotel was very good, most of major hotes are in the same area, at Nile river. Cleanliness of room can be better, and staff at hotel entrance should be more professional.
Brilliant location, just out of the hustle and bustle.
Best 4 star hotel in cairo Breakfast not included...
The staff were outstanding and facilities were very good, eventhough work was still ongoing during our stay. I have nodoubttha when completed, it ill be excellent! It was just outstanding!!! Just that the location is in new cairo and will have to commute into the city center.
Amazing and beautyful design and interior, helpful staff beyond comparison, a wonderful experience in all.
the hotel was not ready to accept guests, construction is still going on, lots of services, facilities were not available.
Quiet in a city that is very not quiet. Courteous and helpful staff. Food was terrific. Since it is still new and in the opening phases, many of the advertised facilities were not opened - only one restaurant, no boutiques and shops, no business centre, etc...
No smog or city traffic. Aside from the lack of hot water in the shower, the bar staff at night was overworked and understaffed, resulting in long waits for booze. All in all a C minus rating even taking into act you are a start up in Cairo. I am not.
i liked the hotel shape and hospitality the cost of the services like business center and transportation
Very good service quality compared to other 5 stars hotels in Egypt but not compared to the international standards. Some staff are not well trained ,though, they are polite,,,hotel still in soft opening stage.
it looked impression on the website, rooms where large and appeared luxorious The new building was still grubby from its creation. Rooms lacked ironing board, i had to request a robe. The outside restaurant claimed to provide lebanese food - but the chef clearly didnt know how to cook such things.
the swimming pool, the garden room services, room cleaning
