The view on Kazan´s Kremlin and the comfort, also good staff Health club, several remarks:1. around simming pool tables with glass plate - dangerous, 2. no termomether in sauna, 3.some people were ordering food to the swimming pool - very unusual, 4. man´s dress room was nor clean enough, 5. there was running lady fully dressed in civil and in wintershoes in area, where people must be without shoes or in swimming shoes
impressive view on Kazan`s Kremlin, very nice staff no mustard at the breakfast, all cerals are sweet, water was having not specified odour
Location is good, there are some restoraunts downstairs. The room was "already old-fashioned" and there was a strange, not good smell!
Good facilities, swimming pool, sauna etc Checking out took a very long time (only 1 staff member on duty in reception) - but it wasn't such a big issue.
spacious, clean and comfortable room, polite and helpful staff. big and tasty breakfast. very nice vew from the restourant. the only one robe and slippers, two sets of towels in the dowble room (there was three of us in the room).
room not clean , and not up to standard for 5 stars i change 4 rooms
The hotel is the tallest building in the city. Hotel complex includes aquapark (free for guests), good gym (a fee of $20 applies), a cinema and some restaurants. It's great because you don't need to go anywhere to find a place to eat out. Nice choice in Kazan
aqua-park room service, room equipment
The location was in the center of the city and everything was within walking distance, ie: restaurants, the mini Kremlin, shopping, etc. The hotel was being remodeled and the sounds of the jack hammering were loud and annoying. Fortunately they stopped after 6 pm. Also, the hotel information implies that they have a shuttle to the Airport, but it is really a taxi that charges to take you to the airport.
Staff were very helpful, I checked out early they made s special breakfast for me without requesting.
Very good located with easy access from railway station and almost any part of the city. Hotel itself looks new and suprisingly comfortable with high standards of quality. Staff is helpfull, breakfast of a standard quality. This hotel was a relief after returning from walk in half-demolished Kazan city As long as i have noticed there is no lift at this shotel. Beware of surcharges for early check-in
The hotel is modern and clean, it's situated very near Baumana St. with its restaurants ans shops, so the location is really good. the Kremlin is in walking distance. there is a new building under construction near the hotel, so some rooms have terrible view.
the poeple that worked there where very nice and helpful No I liked everything about the Hotel and all the other bussinesses in Kazan.
Good experience, pretty much what I expected, thought the pool and relax area would be a bit nicer... Security guards were not exactly providing a relaxed athmoshere and asked my girlfriend 4 times "if she is sure she stays in the hotel"!
Good location. Many resaurants and cafes nearby
Beautiful room, good staff, good brekfast, central position, really good price.
A decent hotel with large and clean modern rooms that have all facilities. Also the location of the hotel, in the center of Kazan, is very convenient. Staff was helpful and spoke adequate English. All in all a very good hotel at democratic prices! Small details could sometimes be better. For example: a room with two people in a four star hotel deserves two bottles of shower gel instead of one.
efficent recepsionists no discount for more than 3 nights
friendly and pollite staff no
The staff is not trained in a proper way. Security guards are standing with stone faces; no staff at reception desk (you should use a special bell to call them - nonsence!!!). Nice people are working at fitness club. Attitude of staff to its guests.
Free Wi-FI in the Lobby, comfartable room They don't have slippers in the room, you need to pay for it
best location lobby bar is not a good one
location... Exterior... Car parking.... simple staff.... The room interior (3* as maximum)... Slow reception...
Nice and large rooms, location near the main street, the Kremlin and the Central stadium of Kazan.
Location, the food, especially pastry was delicious! Coffee was nice too ;-)) The layout of the hotel is very weird...rooms locations are so hard to find...more signs needed ( especially to find an exit ;-)) a bit overpriced and for such price the attention given to the guest is not adecvate ( waiting for too long at recpetion without anyone pays attention to you even after you have announced your presence, forgotten towels were brought to the room in 5 hrs only after being requested twice...) However overall this is just minor details to work on...our general expereince was excellent and we thank you and the hotel management a lot.All the best in future
The incheck was fast and friendly, good english speaking staff and a very spacy room. Noisy from one room to another.
We spent two nights in the hotel. The room was spacy, looked like a nice 1-room apartment, even had a good carpet on the floor :) Though the days we spent in Kazan were one of the hottest days (+40C in the shadow) and the room did not have an individual AC, centralized system worked quite well and maintained comfort temperature. Personnel was excellent, there were no lobsters for breakfast, but in general breakfast was OK. I heard ladies at reception speaking pretty good French and English (and Russian, of course). It is 5-minute walk from the Kremlin. I actually can not say I did not like anything in this hotel. Nice, cozy rooms, good people, not that expensive, so really amazing for Russia.
The Giuseppe has a great location in the center of Kazan. The free wi-fi worked well. The restaurant was great and inexpensive. Overall, a great stay!
