The location for us worked but the bathrooms need more space for storing cosmetics, toothbrushes, The showers sprayed water all over the floor and is a bad design. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would return if the price stays lower as others in the area. same above
The front desk was so nice and helpful! I would definitely recommmend this hotel to friends and stay here again!
Every thing is good
Convenience of location, quietness of location, beds, comforters and pillows quite comfortable, staff quick to respond Bathroom: design flaw allows shower water to immediately drain onto floor, which has no drain; sink counter won't hold soap; inadequate # towel racks.
The very comfortable bed. There was no counter top or shelf in the bathroom for storing personal items such as toothbrushes and travel bag of toiletries.
the size, cleanliness of rooms was a great value for price. did not like the fact that housekeeping knocks on your door at 8am if you did not put do not disturb sign up.
should have free wi-fi
We had a great time.It was really comfortable and had the best ubication! We will recomend it! Front desk personel at night must improve!!
The location is fantastic. It is great for sightseeing and shopping. The room was comfortable and modern. The beds were comfortable. The staff on check-in were not very friendly. The room was not equipped with a coffeemaker and should have been. The elevators are small and no one offered to help us with taking our luggage to our room. We had asked for a baby crib to be placed in the room on our reservation special requests and when we checked in, we were told there was no crib in the hotel. However, the staff ensured that a crib was delivered to the room immediately.
Everything in the hotel was perfect! The location was excellent, the staff was very very friendly ( especially Birsen in the reception and Tom in the luggage), the cleaning ladies were doing a wonderful job. We enjoyed every singel minute in the hotel. The room was large and comfortable; very relaxing bed and no noise from outside or other rooms.
Conveniently located. Charm and romantic setting!
We loved the newly remodeled room. It felt very clean. The bedding was soft and inviting. We did not like the overhead shower, however, it was not necessary that we use it because there was a hand-held shower head as well. But honestly, just a nice wall mounted shower head is best.
location - rooms - Having to pay for wifi
The room was great, very clean and comfartable. The bathroom was especially great. Very nice However it was crazy to charge people $10 per night for slow internet access. I once stayed at a cheap motel that had internet access for all its guests. It is for that reason alone I would not return. Its almost insulting not to have free wifi in a four star hotel
Checkin and checkout were extremely easy. The restaurant served a wonderful breakfast, and the waitstaff were friendly and helpful.
Rate and location. Nice bathroom fixtures and room furnishings Common areas are worn and tattered.. Looks tired and dirty Although I requested a non smoking room, my room smelled ,like smoke and needed to be deodorized
Excellent location - a great place to stay for exploring the city of Chicago! Quick taxi ride in from O'Hare airport (approx $40), close to tour bus stops & many sights.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. From Sean at the front desk, to Tom the bellman, Andre and Stephen in the restaurant and Tom at the front door. The beds were beyond comfortable. I wanted to take my bed home with me. Good Location - 1 block off of Michigan Avenue and 1 block from the Lakeshore. My only complaint is the lighting in the bathroom. Putting make up on was difficult due to the lighting in the bathroom and the depth of the vanity. A lighted makeup mirror attached to the wall just in side the door would help with that.
This was a beautiful hotel. Location was great...very safe neighborhood! The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get out of it. I would stay here again for sure.
We had a great weekend staying at The Thompson! The location, staff and room were outstanding! We will definitely be staying here again!
We go downtown every Christmas and this was the first time we stayed here. We loved it. Friendly staff, wonderful accommodation, and great location. We will certainly be back.
The Thompson Hotel Staff were amazing, very friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded to a corner king suite as it was our wedding night so that was a pleasant surprise as well. Overall wonderful experience. Would definitely go back. Nothing!
The bed and shower were amazing!
We loved everything about it. From the very beginning (checkin) till the very last second before we left the hotel. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The Concierge made arrangements for a boat trip on the Chicago River. Housekeeping kept our room in perfect shape. We had a room on the 21st floor which had the perfect view towards the chicago skyline. It was awesome. I gladly recommend to visit the Thompson Chicago and will for sure also book on other occasions other Thompson hotels. Thank you for this very wonderful and perfect vacation, Thompson. nothing!
People are friendly Restaurant is very good Design is current Beds are comfortable air conditioning unit in room was loud
We chose the Thompson Hotel for its location and value on Kayak. If I was traveling alone on business it would have been a better choice. They are super accomaditing allowing us to check in at 11:00 am without any problems. They also have a great online precheck in service. There is a Starbucks next door and good restaurants all around it. The precheck in service is a great idea however, it is as if you actually request something like an extra blanket or extra towels which were questions on the precheck in system they do not fulfill them. The elevator system requires you to use your room key to get up to your floor however, there is only one reader per elevator and it was virtually impossible to get to it when using the elevator. So many people were talking about riding the elevator up and down trying to get to their floors. The showers were never hot just warm regardless of the time of day. The A/C was all over the the place, hot / cold. The room refresh was seriously below average and actually just a really bad bed make up with fresh towels. They basically missed at the attempt to be a chic boutique hotel. There is no real identity to this property.
Body hair on the bathroom sink. stains on toilet. Kind of gross for the price.
Nice Interior Design. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. This is a much better location than other hotels I have stayed at further south. We took a very nice walk north to Lincoln Park. It is a beautiful neighborhood and does not even feel like you are in the city. Too pricey for me to use other than business. I did not need or use "facilities" so that is the only reason I did not give that an "excellent" score. We were not impressed with the breakfast food. We were very pleased with our lunch at Gibson's across the street.
comfy bed, great location, nice lobby. Front desk lady was not very helpful. Toilet smelled like sewage. They called me from front desk to tell me someone was at my door from hotel personnel when I had privacy sign on...that woke me up...What kind of "privacy on" is this?
Fantastic location, outstanding room. Would go back in a minute.
The beautiful view of lake Michigan. Close proximity to great restaurants and shopping. Nico Osteria restaurant within the hotel was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed, reading light ( unexpected), and huge bathroom and shower. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the late afternoons we needed to call for extra towels, since our room had not been cleaned, and we had been out all day. I do realize that this weekend was a home Bears foorball game and was very busy.
We loved the location and the welcoming and helpful staff. The atmosphere is elegant. For a small extra cost, we opted for the Executive Room with access throughout the day for a light breakfast, snacks during the day, and hors doerves during cocktail hour. It's view is spectacular and all but the tables which are too small, we enjoyed immensely and visited often during our stay. WiFi in your room is an extra cost and not included in the price of your room.
Whinin walking distance to downtown shopping and attractions and great restaurants, walked to Chicsgo Art Institute to take in Van Gough exhibit. Parking too expensive
not much Room was 'nasty' for a 4 star hotel. -broken soap dish on the floor -faucet handle was not fastened and fell. -really dirty carpet -old building. poorly renovated. bad paint job in the hallways.
Location and old world elegance Several elevators broken, tea room not kept up-my chair had a big hole in it. Chairs looked dilapidated, carpet worn, menu insert pages barely legible (bad photo copies). Most pages had faded writing in 3 of the four menus. Also-3 menus did not include alcoholic beverages
location 65.00 a day to park car didn't know where to go for breakfast?? not alot of water pressure for shower
Room was clean. No recreational stuff no pool no sauna nothing it was boring.
The Drake is a Chicago classic. A bit old, but very luxuries and very, very beautiful. The excellent location and nice staff delivering outstanding service make the Drake the place to be. A bit dated, and almost impossible to roll your own luggage. Unlike most hotels with marble floors, The Drake has the thickest carpet imaginable. Also, the rooms are small for the US (and the money) and you will pay a lot for a view. However, this is the oldest and most desirable location that The Drake sets the standards for all of the other Chicago luxury hotels.
Great location and afternoon tea was amazing.
Staff were tremendous Hotel needs updating. It is old, worn and dirty
They had absolutely no trace of our reservation on arrival, but after some spirited discussion more than made good the upheaval.
Location/spa and swimming pool None
when I make check out from the hotel they told me i have to pay more than what booking website show me,after desscution they agree to refund 110 $ to me.
Comfortable, elegant, convenient excellent accomodations. Food very good but somewhat overpriced. The hotel tower is very tall and our initial room on the 40th floor was very noisy in the wind and rain storm. The swaying was not noticable but the sound of creaking wall and ductwork was uncomfatably loud. The staff did move us to a lower floor to a large apartment suit which was very quiet.
Great restaurant recommendation and service!
The bed is gorgeusly confortable Many problems with shower, room cleaning, front desk attendece, etc.
Hotel has great location, very nice accomodations. There was broken glass in the bar and I cut my finger pretty badly on our first night at the hotel. Although hotel staff was very nice and they did call security, I thought they could have done more in way of compensation. In hindsight, I probably needed stitches and other than call to my room by the manager (who had already left by the time we got back to the room), they really didn't even follow-up.
Very good location.
Location! And they left a small treat for my child every afternoon.
Very good welcome and staff performance An elevator alarm went off in the middle of the night and it took over one hour to fix it - not conducive to comfortable sleep.
Spacious, very well equiped suites with fridges, microwaves and two TV's - very handy when the World Cup clashes with Wimbledon. All furnishings and fabrics in rooms are of the highest quality. Almost all the staff were very friendly, extremely polite and most helpful. Great location for the Chicago tourist. Swimming Pool needs a refurb, now looking dated and tired. Air-con in gym and workout rooms not working therefore uncomfortably hot. Internet connections in Rooms too slow and no weekly rate for using the facility.
The facilities are good. The location is excellent. The parking is outrageous. $66/day but I think that's Chicago. One of the hotel staff was a bit rude, but the others more than made up for his behavior.
Beautiful views from the pool & workout areas. Room was very comfortable. Nice location. No jacuzzi. The sauna was nailed shut.
Liked everything about it! Amazing location, nice facilities, and friendly staff.
Very nice Hotel with a great staff. Valet service was good, bell service was good, front desk service was great. Restuarant was average, parking was expensive.
Basic Internet was kind of hit or miss on access and performance
Toilet flush was EXTREMELY loud. And we could hear the toilets from other rooms as well.
clean, comfortable,good service.
When I had a problem with the professionality of one of the staff members, the General Manager took action fast and worked a satisfying solution to the problem. The only thing I didn't care for about this Hotel is that it did not offer a shuttle to the airport or my convention.
Clean and comfortable, loved the location, safety, suite was roomy for our two or could accomodate three easily.
We arrived and there was no parking available and the hot water didn't seem to get any warmer than room temperature.
Charles Nancy was very rude and put out by helping me. Also, our keys did not work twice and the cost of the room service is quite ridiculous....$7.00 for dry cereal, plus 18% gratuity pluse $2.50 delivery?! Maybe if the staff was friendly and the service was better, but no way would I ever pay that for a bowl of corn flakes.
loved the architecture, nice view, price was great, good bar, convenient to lots of things in Chicago, usual helpful Sofitel staff . . .
Clean room, good location, good food Difficulty of reaching the concierge by phone and having to listen to recorded advertising of the hotel while waiting
Swanky and chic hotel located in the heart of Chicago only steps away from shopping, great restaurants and all that the city has to offer. It's upscale, hip and a great value -- with a very comfortable bed to boot! What more could you want?
Staff was excellent, they shipped me something that I left in the room immediately. Very clean, they even put a birthday surprise for my husband in room upon arrival. When you enter the main lobby there is no rest room, you have to take elevator to the 2nd floor. After traveling so long one needs to use the facility fast. Also parking fees a bit high per day, the hotel I stay at offers free parking to its guests
My husband and I loved this hotel. We have stayed in several hotels on or near Michigan Ave and this was the best. The hotel is beautiful and is in the perfect location for us. A short walk to the subway, excellent restaurants along Rush Street and of course fabulous shopping. I will definitely stay here again even though it's a little more than I usually like to pay.
Fantastic location, close to the Magnificent Mile and Water Tower. The building is strikingly modern.
Situated in a good area very convinient for shopping and buisness. I was not allowed a late check out as my flight was late evening.
the room was wonderful - the bed and linens were superior
Sofitel is my new favorite Hotel.
This hotel is not what i expected...horrible valet service had to wait forever...i told them not to charge my card for the 67 dollars of parking everyday i was paying them cash and when i checked out they charged me again for the parking because they didnt have records that i was paying cash! Will never go back... Staff is super rude!
Very few amenites for what you pay. Service was slow at best. Concierce desk was helpful. Very good at housekeeping, but not worth the money you pay.
Great dining options available and close by to lots of shopping outlets. It would be wonderful if I could have a city view instead of facing another building since Chicago is such a nice city. Not close to any subways.
Loved the Heavenly Bed and Heavenly Shower!
We loved how friendly the staff was. William went above and beyond for us! For the price, it would have been nice to have even a basic breakfast included.
Hospitality, service, beds, bar
Great valet service. Small rooms
It may seem a bit expensive but the service is effective and prompt. They have in and out privileges and are quick to help There is no free WiFi but I have my own mobile plan.
Front desk staff Location Kind to offer large check out Weak wifi Outrageous daily parking fee
The hotel has decent accommodations and lives up to the name. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable, & the bathrooms are clean. (don't park there!!!!) PARKING PRICES, WTF!? Buying anything (aside from the room itself) from the Westin is out of the question/budget.
Shopping and sightseeing were close by. I spilled coffee on my robe on the first morning and it wasn't replaced in the 6 days I stayed there. I don't think he says we're changed during those 6 days either. Otherwise the staff was really nice and the room very comfortable.
Cookies in the lobby and friendly staff. Not very many amenities. Bathroom door didn't close all the way. Room didn't cool down enough.
Likes the character and location. Beds were comfortable and space was good. Tv was huge and state of the art. Bathroom was small and outdated.
The only thing going for the hotel is location and price. The rooms were small and dark. The bathroom had the most perplexing layout and the hot water took a full 5 minutes to get hot for a shower. It wasn't as clean as I like a hotel to be (hair from previous guests on the shower wall. Gross).
Location was amazing!! Super close to shopping and pretty much everything! Cute antique ish feel to it. Nice and clean, staff super nice and helpful!
-Perfect Location: We walked EVERYWHERE and the Whitehall was always a great starting point and place to come back to for a moment of rest. -Friendly Staff -Good value: We spent very little time in the room, so it served it's purpose. -Steps away from the John Hancock Building and Michigan Ave. -Carpet was a little grungy. -Bed wasn't super comfy, but I still slept well. Overall, a good value for the money. Would stay here again because it was such a great location and the staff was very friendly.
Friendly and courteous staff The vent was blowing air at my face every time the hvac kicked in while I was trying to sleep.
Hotel was clean, friendly staff For an advertised 2nd best bed in hotels...the bed was TERRIBLE.
Perfectly situated for seeing the sights, enjoying the music scene, shopping, and exploring the beaches. The gym only had one treadmill. The 2nd was broken. But we had so much fun doing other things that we never hit the gym.
The location was right on the money, with some of the sights of downtown just a few minutes away. The price was also very good. Our room did not have a fridge for us to put leftovers into or a microwave to heat them in. Also, the window coverings needed a good update and looked old and grungy.
Good price for the weekend, nice view of the Hancock, neat they have options for food and drinks downstairs. We got to the Whitehall around 6:30PM on Friday night, to find one of the automatic doors to enter was not working correctly. Next up: one of the elevators (of only 2 tiny elevators) was broken down. Everything had a luster of the past, but needed updating, cleaning, replacing, etc. In our room, the carpet was stained and one of our sheets had a hole in it. To add insult to injury, of the 2 phones in the bedroom, one didn't work at all, and the other only worked if you pressed 0. (ie, none of the corresponding keys to concierge etc worked). The shower faucet where you adjust the temperature was also broken - as it was loose and hard to finagle into getting a temperature that didn't scald or freeze you. And maybe the worst of all? We had gone out for brunch on Saturday, and come back, said we didn't want to be disturbed, but then, while we were napping, someone CAME INTO OUR ROOM without knocking to check our minibar!!! What?! Who does this!?!? This hotel is 2 star-worthy, not 4. They need to SERIOUSLY up their game or deal with reality. Also - we were charged for 2 items (a granola bar and candy bar) that we didn't even take. The lady said "sometimes touching something in the minibar triggers these prices). I said "that would make sense if either thing were even *in* the minibar!" So, there you go. That's the truth of the place. Judge for yourself.
Comfortable beds A little pricey and some attn to detail needed for rooms falling apart. (Cracks in ceilings etc)
Location One elevator. ... Waited forever and it was full when it came!
Super comfy bed, awesome location. Hotel is steps from the magnificent mile and a short walk to the lake. Small lobby and elevators, room was in need of some small wear and tear repairs.
I got a two-bedroom suite. It is quiet and spacious, but the bathroom is small (shower/tub combination and toilet). The bathroom vanity is outside the door. I was there for 3 nights and while the staff did the beds, they didn't change the sheets (I looked for a sign to let them know I wanted the sheets changed on the second day, but found nothing), and shampoo, conditioner etc were sparse. I asked for more when I was about to be out and they did give me plenty. The daily buffet is a nice feature, but could benefit for more variety. The staff is generally nice and helpful. In all, my stay was enjoyable.
The hotel was a block away from the lake and a block away from Michigan ave. Our room was very clean and spacious, and kitchen fully loaded. We were traveling with our dog. The staff was very helpful and supportive. The hotel provided a dog run just around the corner. There are always people walking around, so I never felt afraid of late night or early morning walks with my dog. There is a small park a block away nice place to take her. The front desk was helpful and check-in was quick. We also enjoyed breakfast very much. They never let anything run out. The food was warm and plentiful. I will stay there again and again.
Awesome location just a block from Michigan Avenue & Lakeshore Drive. We arrived at 10 am and we were able to check in because our room was ready which was a huge plus! Convenient valet parking and staff was friendly and helpful. We had a the 2 bedroom suite with kitchen which was perfect for 6. Would most definitely stay here again!
We stayed 5 nights at the Residence by Marriott and will recommend it to all our friends and family. The location can't be beaten for touring Chicago. The suites are large and beautifully furnished with everything you could need. The complimentary breakfast buffet had everything you could want and changed daily. We didn't even make use of the midweek happy hours and free dinner foods. Staff was very helpful. O.K., it wasn't perfect: the elevators are kind of slow.
Hands down, the BEST place I've stayed in a long time. I once was a housekeeper and then a room inspector at a beautiful resort property in FL. and am ultra fussy about cleanliness. I always wanted people to feel as though they were the first guests staying in the room. To this day, I can't help but do my usual white glove inspection when I enter any hotel room. Everything in our room, from the kitchenette to the living area and bathroom was spotless (no dust on the tops of artwork frames or stray hairs on the bathroom floor or even water spots on the glass shower enclosure). I was truly impressed. It was photo shoot ready. I'm looking forward to staying there soon for my husband's 40th birthday this month. I'll take advantage of the pool & fitness room this time. There is also a convenient guest laundry facility. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Chicago.
I stayed the entire week -- Monday - Friday. The hotel staff that I ran into were very friendly. The hotel put out water and dog bones out front -- which I thought was a nice touch given a lot of neighborhood dogs (and guest's dogs, too) were always around. The only *very* minor nitpicks are as follows: * Monday, I found coffee filter still in the machine from previous guest * Not owning a microwave, I was not able to figure out the machine, and there were n obvious instructions. But they promptly sent up a staff person who quickly showed me that I first had to press the non-obvious 'Type II Cook' button * Thursday, they forgot to replace the microwave popcorn and the coffee * My bath towel was always washed no matter where I hung it
We loved the convenience of being close to downtown and staying in this top quality, beautifully maintained hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms were spectacular. The hot breakfast was extraordinary. Seriously, I cannot imagine anything better and we will certainly stay here again when we come to Chicago next time.
I didn't realize how expensive parking was in the area, so I'd come back and use public transportation for my visit. Very convenient for walking and busses to area museums and shopping.
Booked the week before Thanksgiving because of low rates at all Chicago hotel that week. The Residence Inn was an outstanding value and the location is convenient to shopping.
Stayed here during the renovation of the rooms which will be fantastic but not until later in the year. In the meantime, construction noises during the day prohibit sleeping in and rerouting of the water pipes cause a 15 minute delay in hot water. The response from the staff with the water complaint was, 'sorry, try turning the water on when you first get up'. The rates are the same as the Hilton Suites and only $16 less than the Drake Hotel. The advantage here is the breakfast, social hour and the free internet, which is why I'll stay the week but it should be at a more reduced, discounted rate. The location is perfect, though at the north end of the MI mile. Good luck.
Nice hotel. Breakfast was good. I would stay again.
The best I would say is, great location, nice staff and nice bed. Spoiler alert. Don't read this if you got a great rate and don't want to be persuaded not to stay. It's an old building. What Tremont really needs to do is spend a lot of money and gut out old plumbing etc. New carpet and a nice bed doesn't, a nice room, make. They really tried to help us but when you come in to a room, the toilet and sink need to work. People really demand this of the hotel they stay at and on the third attempt to make the toilet work properly they switched our room. Our travel companion's a/c wasn't working either. The place doesn't need to look Ritz, but it does need to function. Sorry Tremont, I think you intend to do right by your customers. Good luck.
Had a meeting at Ditka's. Great staff, comfortable room, quiet. Great location. Enjoyed Ditka's radio show too!
Staff was very nice and helpful. Never did we feel like we were bothering them with questions. The site was clean, well maintained. I would stay there again. The location is great if u are a tourist without a vehicle. We used the bus for everything. It is near the bus lines. Great hotel.
It was so comfortable! And the staff did all they could to make it more so. We arrived at 6 AM after driving through a storm. They found a room for us right away so that we were able to test before our meeting. The concierge was available evenings and weekends, and was able to advise us about the best way to use our time. Nothing
My overall stay was great!
The staff members were very friendly, helpful and professional. The building is in a great location!
Fantastic location, and the staff is very friendly. It's gotten quite shabby.
Nothing I've never stayed at some hotels like this!! No warm water for shower!! We reported the problem to front desk, and they said they would fix it, if not, they can change room for us. After we got back to hotel at night, they told us it's fixed. When I turned on the water, it was too cold to take a shower!!! And they even told us we cannot change room because all rooms were full! That's ridiculous. Definitely don't book this hotel.
Great location, but the whole is a little worn out.
Had some water in one area of the carpet next to the bed. Not sure how it got there
The 'free' wifi was only free in the lobby. Otherwise the stay was excellent and the location can't be beat!

The location and staff were both excellent. Everyone we encountered went out of their way to help us anyway they could. The carpeting in the hallway was extremely dirty. The room carpeting was dirty as well. The room could have been cleaned a little more thorough as well. Walls and cabinets had smudges and leftover spills on them.
There's so much to like about this hotel: service, location, accommodations, etc. Everything about this hotel is set up to make sure your stay is perfect.
We like everything - Room, Level of Service - from checkin to valet
Location This is not a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Lacking in quite a few too many areas. Lights in the room never worked, spa facilities were medicore at best, in room amenities were sparse. I expect more out of a 5 star.
Staff is always outstanding in restaurants, bars, and throughout the hotel. Additionally, I was not sure what room type I would have had, but I was told I was upgraded to a King with a view.

The hotel was very luxurious, clean and quiet. The bed was amazing and the views from the room were very pretty. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, free internet, coffee and warm cider in lobby, large bathrooms
We loved the location and the staff Never received maid service without calling for the three days we stayed there. Disappointed I had to pay $4 for coffee in the morning. Should have a coffee bar out early in the lobby. Would be nice to have a fitness room in the hotel.
Very nice staff and great location It was perfect
This was our second stay at the Talbott. It has a great location, the rooms are large, and the staff is welcoming and efficient. We particularly like the cozy parlor areas with fireplaces. There was nothing we did not like.
Personal service. They actually get to know your name. You sort of feel a bit like family. They care about your stay. Were willing to go the extra bit to make our time there great. Thanks for a fabulous trip!
Great staff, very helpful and friendly
I liked almost everything about the hotel. The room was great, the day staff was great, the location is better than several in the area we stayed at in the past. Room amenities were also very good. The female employee who checked us out in the morning acted liked she was bothered by having to leave the rear office to deal with us. She was sullen and sighed and didn't even look up as I talked to her. She is NOT a good employee to have at this wonderful hotel.
The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special. I will definately be returning
Large Rooms, Great beds The restaurant was small with limited options but it appears they are renovating.
Pretty much everything....very boutique...great staff....room maintenance five stars...great location No complaints
Unexpected personal communication, services, everything top end. Technology and use of it to make the most of your stay. Very accommodating for our Shitzu. Great location. Room Service was as expected for similar hotels. Pricey, Ave quality, the usual limited items. Wouldn't take much to provide better then expected.
From check in everyone was very nice. We were going for a short trip to another city in the US and were going to stay again at Talbott before heading home. We didn't want to carry one bag & a set of golf clubs so asked if we could leave it behind. Talbott was very understanding and stored it till return. All hotels do it but the attitude of the staff at Talbott made the difference. ..
