Nice rooms, friendly staff, clean Distance from Airport is almost 10 miles ... Kind of far for an 'airport hotel'
After almost 16 hours of driving, this hotel was clean, had plenty of room, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. This was a stark contrast to our usual choices in hotels where we are reward members. The entire experience has made my wife and I reconsider our decision to stay anywhere else.
Easy to get to the shuttle that took me to hotel. Very convenient shuttle times .
I had a position with TYCO that put me in this facility for a week and a half. Though the training was pretty intense, the lunch spreds were always enjoyable with lots of space and a computer center to use for personal notes. January weather wasn't too bad and my wife came to visit one weekend which was nice.
Check-in, check- out and airport shulltle personnel were all courteous and friendly Possibly the worst Crowne where I hVe been, definitely not up to the standard: faded place, worn out moquettes, terrible food (Salad was brownish...), restaurant & bar personnel hardly interested: at the bar the waitress did not even come to the table and took the order from the counter as she was busy watching TV...
I booked in here after my midnight flight from DIA was cancelled and I was so relieved to find a clean, modern and quite hotel — and for a bargain price. Wouldn't hesitate to crash here again. The bed was comfortable, the staff friendly. No complaints whatsoever.
Clean, warm facility with friendly staff. Breakfast menu a bit limited, but adequate. (Beware the Chilaquiles--I loved them but many American and European travelers would find them so spicy as to be inedible.) Overall a nice place to stay that was pleasantly quiet with pleasant people. Oh dear, the architecture and design were in the spirit of that mad race to utterly uninspired conformity that afflicts lodging throughout the U.S. So much money spent for such a large atrium and building but ending up with so little beauty or interest. When its time to remodel everyone involved needs first to be shipped off to Spain to the Parador Duque de Lerma near Burgos. Its architecture and design are so simple and beautiful and breathtaking, and it would fit this building well.
The breakfast was one of the best as far as variety for a hotel. Booking this hotel I did see the disclaimer about renovation to the building. Unfortunately it was the hotel rooms being updated, they laid plastic through out the hallway floors to give a cheap dirty look (good luck walking back to your room after a dip in the pool). By the elevator they have a table with flowers for decoration and it had not be dusted in a long time as someone wrote "clean me" in the effort someone would actually take the time to do this. Check-out is at noon but they had the workers there working on a Holiday (Memorial) sawing/drilling etc.. (The workers very not approachable and seem to be a "shady type") at 9 am. I was very disappointed in this stay and believe they don't have the consumers interest at heart here.
It's in a very quite area. The rooms are very big, comfortable and very clean. The beds and pillows are really very comfortable. The iron, ironing board, 2 LCD televisions, a real kitchen with cooker, owen, microwave, refrigerator, free internet... The breakfast is excellent, I could not try the complementary dinner however I heard that it's excellent too. The staff is quite helpful, nice and kind. You can really feel your self like at home... The air conditioning is a bid noisy. It's a bid far away from the city centre. You should have a car... However, compare to big central hotels, you have much nicer, bigger and comfortable rooms, and a very helpful and friendly staff...

Fresh, modern, efficient, pleasant - - and super competent and caring staff. Great place.
Staff charged my card and then stated it was declined. Called the bank and there was a charge. Went to staff and told them they charged it. Was told they did not charge my card. I still have a charge on my card from the hotel.
I had to leave the hotel at 3am. When the guy at the front desk found ourselves, he moved me to a room on the top floor so I wouldn't be disturbed by people above me. I really appreciated that. They also had a breakfast bag to go! Loved it!
Better than my recent visits to other hotels...winning!

Great place to stay! The kids loved it! The breakfast choices were plentiful and pleasant! Had to stay away from home because of showings for sale and this was a nice overnight stay!
Free shuttle to area locations. Great continental breakfast! No
I thought the hotel was great. Loved having a kitchenette. Very convenient to restaurants. The door to the bathroom was heavy and bump against the wall locking the bathroom door.
Easy to get in and out, location was great for our purposes, breakfast was REALLY extensive! Loved the blueberry waffles :) The room was particularly clean. When we pulled the couch out the mattress cover had crumbs all over and you could see through the floor where they hadn't vacuumed. We lifted the mattress (looking for bed bugs) and there was dirt, crumbs.
The hotel was super clean, the staff was very friendly and it was a great experience overall
Great hotel! Breakfast was open way earlier than advertised! Liked it all.....
Shuttle service was great. Just waht we needed after a nice snowy weekend in Boulder.
The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. NA
