The flight was easy to board when it was time. We left and arrived on time.
There was only one person initially checking people in. Then when there was a second person, she was going to make us move to the end of the other line after waiting 30 minutes. She did end up taking us, but it was only after conceding that.
My connection in Madrid was bad. I arrived at gate E82 and had to get to A8. Terminals are laid out sequentially and it was quite a walk, with a passport check before the B terminal. Even with an hour and a half layover I had no time to spare going straight there.
