Kontra: Excellent service by good mood personal and cabine crew. I enjoyed the short flight.

Pro: Really like the airline, sat in the front rim of economy. My husband is over 6ft and he was happy with the leg space. As was I since we flew right our 1 and a half year old boy.

Pro: Everything went well

Pro: Crew were nice. It was a very quiet flight so plenty of room to move to other seats - see below.

Kontra: Although the flight was probably less than half full, by the time the trolley got to us there was only one choice of lunch. People in front reclined their seats right back into our faces. Seats were packed together very tightly. Given the lack of space, better to fix seats to only recline a little.

Pro: Excellent staff.

Kontra: Very cramped, even for economy.

Pro: We arrived in Athens eventually

Kontra: People were made to wait outside in the cold airport bus for half an hour. The ground crew gave no explanation for the delay. After heavy protests, they let the waiting passengers back into the terminal. Supposedly the pilot was sick, but there was no communication at all from the airline about the cause of the delay or how long it would last.

Kontra: Long delays, poor information, cold food and an entertainment system that wouldn't play films properly.

Pro: This was a cheap flight from LAX to ZRH with a layover in Moscow and that's about as good as it gets.

Kontra: The check in personnel was not that helpful and were very slow to check in everyone to their corresponding flights, and since kiosks were not available for aeroflot the experience was unavoidable. The plane economy class is really as uncomfortable as it gets for a transatlantic flight. There were no beer options for the flight (nor vodka which is weird), and flight attendants weren't that happy to talk to you in English. 5 hours wait at Moscow are the worst, if you're thinking on saving some dollars on a transatlantic flight this is not worth it.

Kontra: I was unable to sit with my wife and daughter. And I was iseated beside a mother with a child on her lap, which was not pleasant, although not the child's fault of course.

Kontra: Flight delayed after previous flight had been cancelled, no communication, awful customer service

Pro: Excellent crew. Good plane, but seats aren’t very comfortable for night flight (in Boeing 777 more comfortable). Perfect meal!

Kontra: No personal bus for business class. Not very comfortable seats for night flight (Aerobus 330).

Pro: Good crew, good airplane

Kontra: I was in the cue to board the plane and the Aeroflot employee just told me that bording is closed, then 7 other passengers came after me and no one was allowed to bored. They literally just didnt let us enter the plane saying that boarding is complete and they don’t care.

Pro: Everything: new aircraft, comfortable seats, professionally crew, delicious meal - one of the great aircompany

Kontra: May be transfer from airplane to airport - it was a bus.

Pro: the crew was very good but the food was very bad frozen can't eat it is will never fligh again with this flight
