Kontra: cramped, breakfast was a disgust.tasteless omelette,soggy sandwich. a disgrace.

Pro: We were sat in the middle rows for this flight. But only flew for 50minutes so not a big problem

Pro: Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

Pro: Crew great, boarding at Nice very organised, boarding in Amsterdam not so organised!

Kontra: A queuing system would be better-it was a bit disorganised at Amsterdam!

Pro: Seat was fine for size of plane and comfortable for a night flight. Food was flavoursome and nice.

Kontra: Had a problem with the two socket headphone Jack as it was not seating correctly so only got sound out of one ear mostly

Pro: Really like the airline, sat in the front rim of economy. My husband is over 6ft and he was happy with the leg space. As was I since we flew right our 1 and a half year old boy.

Kontra: boarding was running very far behind - considering this is mainly a hub operations carrier - resulted in several passengers missing their connecting flights -

Kontra: Food may become better. Not twice meat, especially not late at night. Give an option for an omelet for example

Kontra: Great flight back to the UK, flight crew were very pleasant and attentive.

Kontra: Being in economy nothing the crew could do would make it better, however as I have said before Emirates miles rewards should be continue not be lost after a certain time.
