Pro: My eyes were closed and the crew passed by while serving food but did not wake me up. As a traveller I been woken up while food was served or food was kept on the seat tray.

Kontra: Overall the flight was good but I dont know why the crew was like that, and the flight seats ain't comfortable and were to close to each other. I legs wasnt comfortable

Kontra: Delayed by 30 hours with very little assistance, no money or spare clothes. Shocking treatment by TAP staff. Will NEVER fly with them again.

Pro: The crew were excellent during the flight.

Kontra: We missed our connection flight because our first flight was delayed. Despite getting to the desk when there were still people queuing he refused to let us board. We are now delayed for 30 hours with no money or clothes. TAP staff were horrible- no sympathy or even an apology. Just awful.

Review of flight from Barcelona to Lisbon

Pro: The flight crews were polite. The short flight journey included a simple light lunch with drink.

Kontra: The flight departure time was delayed for one hour.

Flight from Rome 60 min late, missed connection to Faro

A standard flight. Nothing more to expect.

Pro: everything was fine. nothing specifically wrong or bad.

Kontra: had the same food the third time this week. they could do more

Kontra: Boarding took longer than expected. Flight was delayed then was delayed a second time once everyone was boarded. Smaller plane than the usual TAP planes, but okay flight.

Pro: You can charge your devices (only in one plains from London to Portugal)

Kontra: Cabin crew were far from welcoming when dealing with the African passengers (including me though I'm Spanish) the food was a disgrace On a 5 hour flight to Accra there was no entrainment, the chairs were incredibly uncomfortable and you could not even charge your devices... The food arrive way too early. I believe the airline has put less of an effort on these planes due to the nature of the passengers... I have been traveling for 20 years and I never felt so disappointed by an airline... I will not use this airline ever again

Pro: Quick... I was happy to be out of there

Pro: Refuel was quick and we were back on air in less than 30 min... Wich was great..

Kontra: Stuardes don't have a sense of what costumer service is.. 6 hour flights and their plain aren't equipt with monitors to watch and entertain yourself Thank God I understood portugués but their translation to English was poor Food was not amazing I've been traveling since I was 6yrs old and I never felt so strongly about an airline... Not even easy jet

Last time flying TAP

Pro: Space was actually good.

Kontra: Boarding was chaos. We had a little child, but no priority for families with children. Flight was delayed over two hours, no explanation, no apologies. Boarding crew was impolite and unhelpful. Then they had to weight all carry-ons! Crazy.

Delays but not acknowledgement

Pro: Friendliness of ground and cabin crew

Kontra: 2 hour delay, but nobody at Manchester Airport Kept us indormend. Food on aircraft was poor (basically a coleslaw sandwich). Long drive from plane to terminal. Bags took forever to come

No vegetarian option

Pro: Flight was only 15 minutes late

Kontra: Food and drink (esp. non-alcoholic) is terrible. Not offering a vegetarian option - even on short haul - is ridiculous in the 21st century.

Pro: Clean

Kontra: Could have had a vegetarian option for the sandwich.

Pro: Customer Service was excellent.

Kontra: Viewing options in 38E where i sat, were terribly uncomfortable. The screen i had to look at was off to the left and i had to sit sideways to see the screen.

Shocking... TP364 LIS-LHR from 21-Jan

Kontra: This event refers to my TAP flight from Lisbon to Heathrow on 21-Jan-2018. We arrived to the airport nearly 2 hours before departure time, waited 35min in the security checks and my girlfriend was held 20min in the passport control. While she was queuing for the 2no police officers to check her passport, an airport assistant came to the queue and asked who was due to board in TP364 to Heathrow. She was made aware that my girlfriend was there due to board that flight. In the meantime I made my way to the gate to make the gate assistants aware that she was held in the passport checks and was already on her way to the gate. Having said that, the zealous assistants in the gate have closed the gate in front of me, 18min before scheduled departure time and - "very kindly" - told me that I wouldn't be boarding that flight anymore even though my girlfriend have arrived in the meantime. One can imagine the frustration I felt finding out that the flight departure was delayed and that the flight actually departed 40min late. At that time I was already suffering the extortion of the customer service from TAP, claiming from me circa 400Eur from each of us for a one way ticket in the next flight to London. Therefore... until I remember this... I AM NOT FLYING TAP ANYMORE... I am very proud of being Portuguese but in similar situations that occurred with me flying British Airways, Lufthansa or Air Italia, I have always been treated with much more respect and customer care!

Kontra: Flight was late on way back. Also no food optipn for vegetarians

Pro: The crew provides a good service

Kontra: The airline wanted to double charge me for baggage after have had a layover during my trip, so when I was checking my luggage by second time in order to go to my destination, they insisted on make me pay, even thought I had paid my luggage online before to take the flight from the beginning.

Pro: the flight was fine.

Kontra: The 70 euro luggage fee was a bit excessive. The delay and subsequent missing of my connecting flight that resulted in a 11 hour layover and a 10 euro voucher was pretty lame. TAP Portugal customer service leaves a bit to be desired

Inconsistent policy

Pro: Modern appointed plane with places for technology and charging points

Kontra: Ground staff insisted carry on bags were checked in and implied this was mandatory and I complied only to discover later that majority were allowed to ignore this. Also plane was late
