Kontra: Staff are impolite. Seats are poorly cleaned and the seat sleeves where keeps the inflight menu dropped off!

Kontra: Going from one hot country to another so had no need for a winter coat... it was so cold on that flight I caught a cold

Kontra: An hour and half delayed without prior notice. So i had to wait at the gate.

Pro: Amazing as always! Aeroflot is great!

Kontra: No tv screen from cai to moaco9

Kontra: Without an explanation or apology given my partner and I had to seat far from each other. We were just told that the plane was full and no effort was made to simply apologise or reciprocate...

Pro: This was a cheap flight from LAX to ZRH with a layover in Moscow and that's about as good as it gets.

Kontra: The check in personnel was not that helpful and were very slow to check in everyone to their corresponding flights, and since kiosks were not available for aeroflot the experience was unavoidable. The plane economy class is really as uncomfortable as it gets for a transatlantic flight. There were no beer options for the flight (nor vodka which is weird), and flight attendants weren't that happy to talk to you in English. 5 hours wait at Moscow are the worst, if you're thinking on saving some dollars on a transatlantic flight this is not worth it.

Pro: It was all great. Paid extra for the quiet area. Worth it

Pro: Scoot Business is excellent value for money. 35 seats at the front of a Dreamliner with comfortable seats and some recline. The flight took off on time and landed in Sydney on time. I will go again.

Kontra: Not much really. It does not compare with Business on the national carriers but at half the price what do you expect?

Pro: Good value. Some leg room in Biz.

Kontra: Paid $30 for wi-fi: It never connected. Just failed to work. “Failed to load page”. Paid for priority check-in: The people in the economy queue checked in faster. Paid for priority boarding: No priority security queue, no priority boarding. Paid for priority baggage: Took 60 minutes from landing for baggage to arrive. No priority, except for crew bags. Food was disgusting. Hard to determine where the plastic finished and the pasta started. There was no service, other than dumping a hot plastic box in your lap.

Kontra: Temperature in cabin too warm on outgoing flight

Pro: Friendly crew. Toilets kept clean. Nice ambience with the cabin lighting.

Kontra: My seat had a broken recliner button. Seat would recline but not stay reclined. If I sat up, seat would come up with me.

Pro: Cheap flight. Delayed due to aircraft issue, I think. At least they were honest about it and apologized.

Kontra: Again, as this is a budget airline, you really can't expect too Much from them. They get you from point a to point b, that's enough. You will have to sacrifice your own comfort.

Kontra: Check in waiting time 45 mins Flight delay 1.5 hours Air Steward cologne overpowered.

Pro: I landed on time which was pretty swish, then went to Kendrick in Melbourne which was dope. He opened with For Free?, which I thought was ballsy, but he pulled it off. Five stars for Kendrick.

Kontra: Tiger ain't nuthin but a big fat flyin bus, so no food or anything. That's all good fam, I'll ride with it.

Pro: Punctuality was good. No complaints generally.

Kontra: Temp in cabin too high.
