Kontra: I was unable to sit with my wife and daughter. And I was iseated beside a mother with a child on her lap, which was not pleasant, although not the child's fault of course.

Kontra: Quality of the food could be better for a business ticket. Bread like a stone and not warmed.

Kontra: Plane almost crashed into a building during take off, had to make a sharp turn to avoid it. Everyone was scaredoing as hell. Terrible experience! :(

Kontra: Plane left 45 minutes late. No reason given either when waiting or after late boarding. I didn't eat as I tried to sleep byt narrow seats meant being woken constantly by fidgety neighbour. Fortunately the plane made up most of the lost time and I got my next Air France flight. This one was 50 minutes late departing.

Kontra: There was no entertainment on the flight from Vancouver to Amsterdam and this on top of a two hour delay in taking off which led us to have to literally run to our gate in Amsterdam to make the connection to Mumbai

Pro: The CDG airport is very bad in terms of finding your connections, the flight to CDG from LAX had a very old entertainment system and was hard to use.

Pro: Our flight was delayed in Bejing, than we loosed the booked flight of KLM. When we arrived in Amsterdam, we get the recheked in flight.

Kontra: Air conditioning too cold. Wasn't offered an evening meal. My luggage went missing and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered.

Kontra: Seat was super uncomfortable. Could not fit in my legs at all, could not recline it enough. Maybe sufficient for a one hour flight, definitely not on an intercontinental flight.

Pro: quick/efficient boarding - good staff - good food - easy flight !

Kontra: the connecting times for klm seem to be very close - if your running late to start - you may not make your next one -

Pro: The CDG airport is very bad in terms of finding your connections, the flight to CDG from LAX had a very old entertainment system and was hard to use.

Kontra: I have never been in a situation were a flight has been delayed due to the co-pilot suffering a knee injury prior to take off. A request for a doctor on board after an hour or so and then having to leave the plane and then re-board after about 40 minutes was quite bizarre.

Pro: Very helpful cabin crew and did well to communicate in English to me. Flight was on time and landed ahead of schedule

Kontra: Entertainment system had to be rebooted as it did not work Small screen handset was not working for the entire flight food selection was not as big as KLM or China Eastern Bathroom on board was smaller than KLM or China Eastern which meant changing into more comfortable clothing for the night flight

Kontra: Flight was delayed 3 times and when I was finally put on a flight that was leaving, they failed to check the connection in Paris (Left me 10 minutes to get from the aircraft to the other plane!) I was moved to SAA in the end after a truly traumatic time in Johannesburg. This is not the first time I have suffered at the hands of Air France sadly. Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again.

Pro: Crew were good, apart from forgetting at breakfast time that I had ordered gluten free food. Food was OK but not memorable.

Kontra: Business class is not as roomy as other airlines. My partner had to climb over me to reach the aisle, there is very little storage space and seat size is quite small. Choice of movies is limited.

Kontra: Inflight was better than I expected. But needs upgrading air crafts.
