We simply wanted to know how much would be charged if the bag was 1-2kgs overweight. We could not get a straight answer, just quoted the unclear company policy. Extremely frustrating and annoying. KLM offer a superior flight experience - it is a shame their terrestrial customer servic does not match it!"

Kontra: "BA just don't get holiday travel. They are hopeless at boarding a plane efficiently, the crew appear uncomfortable with charging for food and drinks, etc. BA compares v badly to Easyjet, Ryanair and Norwegian for efficiency and focus when dealing with holiday makers"

Pro: "My first domestic flight with BA for years yet the service imo has got even slicker and better. From check-in to boarding to disembarking and all ahead of schedule, I doubt if I would fly domestically with anyone else."

Pro: "Check in staff and Crew are brilliant. Always pleasant, friendly and helpful. Some aircraft are a little ‘tired’ and a few things don’t quite work as they should. For example my wife’s headphone socket was broken, and therefore no in flight entertainment. But we managed. It was reported to the crew and they immediately set about recording it for attention at next maintenance and changed our seats, so no complaints there. A few of the entertainment screens are scratched, and the controls faulty. But still usable with a little perseverance."
Kontra: "Seat row spacing too close. There is little point of a reclining seat because using it greatly inconveniences the passenger behind."

Kontra: "Only one check-in agent running all desks including bag drop - long wait. 19 year-old 747 had narrow seats in premium economy, uncomfortable and too much body contact with adjacent passengers. Outbound to SFO in an Airbus 380 had sparkling wine pre-take off, hot towels twice, this DEN-LHR flight only had juice or water on offer (crew said "don't serve that on this route") no hot towels, crew's objective seemed to be get around cabin in one go and leave Pax to it Breakfast was abysmal, soft-pretzel roll, no juice or water served, just indifferent coffee"

Kontra: "Who ever took the decision to charge for food and drink but still charge BA fares must have been a Trump Supporter!"

Kontra: "Crew is lazy and rude. I had paid for extra legroom seats and it was not honored. Dreadful!"

Kontra: "Unable to check in online and pay for extra bags. As a result i paid more at the airport. I even showed the error to the agent and she had an i dont care attitude. Check in opened an hour late. Not what i expected"
