Flight delayed by one hour which meant I missed by train at Southampton by 10 minutes and subsequent bus connect home. Next bus would have been 2 hours later so 45 minute walk home from train station. Didn't bother with food offering, put off by that supplied from Hannover to Schiphol.
The pilot kept us informed periodically during our journey. I liked that we could choose our seating online. The entertainment was good.
The plane was dirty, all seats did not have pillows and blankets. Seating was not very comfortable, particularly as there was a box attached to one of the legs of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to move my legs to an uncomfortable angle.
Priority boarding was appreciated and the flights were on time. Service was fine. Schipol was good.
The leg room on the long flight was less than I would have wished and it was particularly bad when the person in front put their seat back. this was a day time flight and it would have been good to have a bit more room to use a laptop.

My seat was unable to recline. My husband and I were moved to a middle aisle (although we really didn't want to share) only to find that the foot rest at my foot rest was also faulty. It was an uncomfortable flight
Ordered veggie meal didn't turn up!

The seats in business are flat but at an angle; this actuallty makes quite a difference for comfort.
The boarding gate space was quite small and there was no separate queue for business. So you literally had to push through people who were already in the queue to board as a business class. There was no space to go around.
option to provide some vegetable sandwich must be there for vegetarian people
The entertainment system was really good...
The food was poor compared to other airlines...IE British airlines void us great
Extra hour that takes to do this flight because we have to fly around Saudi Arabia.....
The online check in system was down so we all had to line up to check in.
Once staff were aware that my child was sick one staff member in particular regularly checked on the well being of my child.
Crew only helpful when pushed to help. My child was sick and the cabin crew tried to give me food. I said that my child had just vomited but there was no offer to help me clear it up they just continued serving food to other passengers. I had to search for someone to help me to clear up and then I felt as though I was an inconvenience. I then had to look for someone to bring food for myself and other child. My other child is 1yr and 11 months and I was told they were only allowed baby food not a child meal. Although there were a few spare seats on the plane I was squashed into a full row with a 3 yr old and one year old on my lap. I appreciate that there may not have been any bassinet seats left but would have been helpful not to be on a full row as a single adult travelling with two small children. No offers for assistance with bags.

Service and Food was great. The hygiene was good.
The audio on inflight wasnt working on leg 2 of the journey i.e. from Seoul to SFO
Boarding is systematic, all items in order. The food was nice. Love the leg room space.
for the flight from Seoul to Singapore, the flight was superb. In-flight services was perfect. food was excellent and the air stewards and stewardess were all very helpful and full of smiles.
Check In process at Seoul Counter. the check-in was stressful. the ground staffs insist on using Check-in Kiosks provided even when it was not working as it should be. Ended up being bounced from one staff to another.
Service was immaculate, friendly staff, smooth flight, comfortable plane. Wonderful experience, would recommend it to everyone.
