Pro: Very pleased with KLM - efficiency all round and especially the baggage handling at Schipol swhere I had 20 minutes to transfer and my baggage came back with me to the UK which is no mean feat given the hustle and bustle of such a large airport

Pro: Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

Pro: Cabin Crews was extremely good and hospital. Transfer point staff buggy / wheal Chair was good and second to none.

Kontra: Transfer point needs upgrade.

Kontra: The check in desk was late opening & the carry on luggage size was smaller than advertised on their website, so it had to be put in the hold. Open on time to prevent less stress to travelers & give more accurate information about cabin luggage.

Kontra: Long lines ( about 40 min) to get into transfer zone at the airport. I guess this is not aircompanu fault, but airport.

Pro: Cozy big leather seats in Business Class, excellent breakfast and good service overall. Turkish Airlines continued to amaze me.

Kontra: Boarding by bus - not my favorite way of getting on a plane. Probably not the airlines's fault.

Pro: the onboard entertainment system is poor: you don't have your personal screen, and the only programmes available are the saftey video and airline's ads. The flight was delayed for 20 minutes at the start however it arrived on time. So that was not really an issue.

Kontra: The crew are professioanl and the service is OK although you need to ask for your tea/coffee. The food isn't amazing but it meets my expectation about the short flight cuisine.

Pro: Everything....The service,the food,the in-flight entertainment(so many films to chose from) the flight attendants were brilliant,the flight was smooth it went by so fast as though time didn't exist.I recommend Qatar Airways to everybody.

Pro: well mannered and attentive crew - good supply of complimentary food/drink - good over all comfort

Kontra: boarding was running very far behind - considering this is mainly a hub operations carrier - resulted in several passengers missing their connecting flights -
