Kontra: They don't take visa if u have excess lugguge

Kontra: I was in the cue to board the plane and the Aeroflot employee just told me that bording is closed, then 7 other passengers came after me and no one was allowed to bored. They literally just didnt let us enter the plane saying that boarding is complete and they don’t care.

Pro: Good crew. Good airplane.

Kontra: Poor lunch.

Pro: Some of the typical premium economy features in the economy class - like the slippers and eye masks, open snack bar, ice cream between meals, menu for meals.

Kontra: Limited choice in alcohol. No whiskey. No healthy options in snack bar.

Pro: Good gluten free bread on Istanbul to Malta leg. Blankets are good as is amenity pack which has all but diasappeared on BA. Good choice of films

Kontra: Foot rest in economy, gluten free meal is poor (except bread).

Pro: Crew were nice. It was a very quiet flight so plenty of room to move to other seats - see below.

Kontra: Although the flight was probably less than half full, by the time the trolley got to us there was only one choice of lunch. People in front reclined their seats right back into our faces. Seats were packed together very tightly. Given the lack of space, better to fix seats to only recline a little.

Kontra: The best Airlines ever from every aspects, I’m frequent traveler of Turkish airlines and will be for good.

Pro: The service

Kontra: No entertainment. Late boarding.

Pro: awesome - planes, staff, food, all great - smooth, courteous and friendly. The best airline!

Pro: Good seats in business class (it was former Emirates B777).

Kontra: Tit wasn’t champagne as welcome drink. Food was like economy class.

Pro: best good food

Pro: Generous meals with great food choice. Professional crew. Excellent choice of entertainment to fill the sleepless night.

Kontra: Unless I was doing something wrong, long-haul economy seats barely recline. Combine that with quite limited legroom, and an overnight flight can turn into a questionable experience.

Pro: A simple connecting flight turned into a complete joke!!! Somehow, despite flying Aeroflot all the way from Sofia to St Pete, the tickets sold to us were sold via Bulgaria Air, which meant we had to collect suitcases and re-check them at Moscow, all while we were not checked-in for the second leg!! LastMinute.Com is hands down the WORST travel website in the history of travel websites, as the above was not disclosed at any time. NEVER again will I even entertain booking via them.

Kontra: LastMinuye.Com - the worst experience ever ... and now thankfully never again

Kontra: Plane almost crashed into a building during take off, had to make a sharp turn to avoid it. Everyone was scaredoing as hell. Terrible experience! :(

Kontra: Flight cancelled without communication, zero customer service, awful experience, will never fly Aeroflot again

Pro: Left on time, arrived on time, crew were friendly and efficient, toilets were kept clean the entire flight, seat in economy had enough leg room and recline to sleep

Kontra: In-flight entertainment films were a bit limited
