Kontra: The best Airlines ever from every aspects, I’m frequent traveler of Turkish airlines and will be for good.

Pro: Great good entertainment n crew provided warm and courteous service

Kontra: Terrible boarding process n the seats are not the best- not bad just not as good as everything else.

Pro: the onboard entertainment system is poor: you don't have your personal screen, and the only programmes available are the saftey video and airline's ads. The flight was delayed for 20 minutes at the start however it arrived on time. So that was not really an issue.

Kontra: The crew are professioanl and the service is OK although you need to ask for your tea/coffee. The food isn't amazing but it meets my expectation about the short flight cuisine.

Pro: It is always better when this flight is operated by wide body aircraft, as was the case with A330 this time

Pro: The service as usual on Qatar is excellent

Kontra: 2-2-2 setup is old style for business class and while the seats were nice it means either you are stuck by the window or need to move to let others out in the aisle

Pro: New plane and Q suite was excellent

Kontra: The AVML selection could be better

Pro: Food was good and crew

Kontra: Old aircraft from Doha to Dhaka.

Pro: I really like the Qatar flight from Auckland to Manchester. But beware now that the Akl leg leaves 1 hour later the transit in Doha is officially 1.15hr. But since the first leg is always getting in and you have to bus to the terminal, transit time is about 30 mins. Although they are efficient and i made it this time, i wouldn't want to do this with kids.

Kontra: Short transit time

Pro: The check in assistant put us on an earlier flight to Istanbul we didn’t mind as our next flight was at 8pm so had hoped to leave the airport.

Pro: Full seasons of resurrection ertugrul would be appreciated. The flight really wouldn’t have felt so long

Pro: The service was excellent, staff helpful and understanding.

Kontra: No business class priority boarding, no assistance available with transfer.

Kontra: The food on all 4 flights was ok. Could have been more interesting recipes and dessert. The seats on all flights were consistently hard and stiff. It was impossible to get a decent rest because of that as well as the areas being pretty cramped.

Kontra: Unable to reserve any seats so ended up with the family split all over the plane

Pro: Awesome leg room in economy. Helpful staff.

Kontra: Main courses weren’t all the great.

Pro: The crew was absolutely amazing

Pro: Everything- leg space, crew were great, relaxed atmosphere, great entertainment systems

Kontra: they cancelled by booking just before hour depature..

Pro: We received friendly attitudes with lots of soft drinks. Upstairs in the airbus was good as my seat was near the emergency door, where I had room for my long legs. I was given aisle seats on both return flights so I could move about more. The meals were lovely. The airbus was good for peace & quiet from crying children.

Kontra: I had left an expensive style of neck/travel pillow i left in my Perth rental car but wasn’t supported to pick it up. I had to arrange for the car rental firm to post it. We had over 3/4 hr to fly. We were boarding. It’s a shame there wasn’t a quick way of getting my pillow to me without customs bureaucracy. It was a simple mistake. A toilet was blocked and temporarily unavailable. Some passengers were taking a long time and queues were building at different times.
