Pro: the onboard entertainment system is poor: you don't have your personal screen, and the only programmes available are the saftey video and airline's ads. The flight was delayed for 20 minutes at the start however it arrived on time. So that was not really an issue.

Kontra: The crew are professioanl and the service is OK although you need to ask for your tea/coffee. The food isn't amazing but it meets my expectation about the short flight cuisine.

Pro: Good gluten free bread on Istanbul to Malta leg. Blankets are good as is amenity pack which has all but diasappeared on BA. Good choice of films

Kontra: Foot rest in economy, gluten free meal is poor (except bread).

Kontra: Lost all our bags so couldn’t ski

Pro: Crew were nice. It was a very quiet flight so plenty of room to move to other seats - see below.

Kontra: Although the flight was probably less than half full, by the time the trolley got to us there was only one choice of lunch. People in front reclined their seats right back into our faces. Seats were packed together very tightly. Given the lack of space, better to fix seats to only recline a little.

Kontra: Bording the plane has no order passengers seated in the front border before the rear. I was in 32a to he worst seat on the plane

Pro: The pilot and the crews were helpful about the transit. Pilot make up a lot of time.

Pro: one of the crew was rude. my spouse forgot to fold-up the cup holder, the hostess heat the holder so hard while walking. I don't know but it appeared as very very rude.

Kontra: Improve the process for boarding people were standing there for 45 minutes to 1 hour. People there needs training

Pro: Our flight was delayed in Bejing, than we loosed the booked flight of KLM. When we arrived in Amsterdam, we get the recheked in flight.

Kontra: crew isnt very careful in serving the food but its not really that bad. but im just comparing it from my previous flights so i think that group of FA's can do better. And the food was served a bit a late so they dont have time to serve hot beverage anymore.

Pro: The crew was nice and helpful (our flight was 2h late so they put us on the one before in business class for us not to miss our connection)

Kontra: A lot of delays, on both flights. We spent twice as much time waiting than flying.

Kontra: the connecting times for klm seem to be very close - if your running late to start - you may not make your next one -

Pro: Cabin Crews was extremely good and hospital. Transfer point staff buggy / wheal Chair was good and second to none.

Kontra: Boarding was late and they change the number of the gate without telling the passengers. The seats were uncomfortable.

Pro: Good food, new movies and good leg space

Kontra: Flight was delayed by an hour, luckily managed to make my connecting flight

Pro: It is always better when this flight is operated by wide body aircraft, as was the case with A330 this time

Pro: The crew were very professional. There was a very difficult passenger who was very rude to the stewards and I thought they coped really well. I was sorry to see them treated in this way.

Pro: My meal request was better than during my Frankfurt to Abuja journey. I did not know the content of the food then.

Kontra: The flight was cancelled and rescheduled for tomorrow same time due to bad weather. I had a child with me and it took 2.5 hours for us in the airport to get a hotel and taxi for night stay and I reached at 0030 at night. The lufthansa staff was not helpful at the start. I will missed a meeting for

Kontra: Seats and leg room not as comfortable as older plane. The entertainment system was confusing to use ( again older model) hence not as user friendly.

Pro: I have tall family members and they had enough legroom even at the back of the plane. Service was excellent. Snacks and drinks were regular on offer even between meal. Very nice, professional staff even after 13 hours of flight. Just excellent. Thank you for this very pleasant experience. Will definitely fly Singapore Airlines again.

Kontra: There is room for improvement with the special meals. The non gluten brun was very hard. In general it would be nice if passengers could pre-order from a set selection of foods online what they would like on their tray. This would hopefully lower the amount of food that sadly goes to waste. Also it would be nice to have gluten free snacks on board. Flying with celiac disease is not easy.
