Kontra: Never flew due to volcano - fair enough. But communication from the airline was utterly non-existent, as was any kind of service and support for rescheduling etc. Confusing messages on their website and refusal to fly despite other airlines having no issue - because they didn't want to pay parking rates at AU airports. Air Asia ruined my holiday far more than Mt Agung.

Kontra: It would have been great to have a confirmation that you received our request before the day of departure. We thought the booking did not get through so we booked another company. We ended up losing the money for that ticket. We could not reach kayak and AirAsia, in their policy doesn’t cancel anything. I don’t know who was supposed to send us the confirmation but the money is gone

Kontra: I didn't realise I was going to be in such a poor airline after booking through the Singapore Airlines website. There was hardly any space, food options were limited, there was no entertainment, they even charged for water! Equal worst airline with jetstar

Kontra: I paid for priority boarding but could not find the queue easily to check in as well as there was no priority boarding line up during boarding. My seat did not decline at all. I paid for a window seat but got a completely blank wall. Flights were late.

Kontra: Got told luggage would go straight to bali from origin in Nepal. Waited at baggage check in jarkata just in case. Sure enough, our baggage comes out. Transfer to domestic terminal was almost impossible since we were given no information and our flight number changed completely. All of a sudden it was batik air not malindo, which has a completey different terminal. Will not be travelling with malindo again.

Pro: The best thing is the free luggage allowance of 30kg each. They had some snacks and entertainment as well.

Pro: Kid menu was good with a box of snacks. No delay. Everything was arranged in an orderly manner.

Pro: Super crew. Boarding full plane very efficient. Airbus A320 inadequte to serve great meal to full plane. Gangway too narrow. Big struggle for cabin crew. Captain message hrd to hear. On time. Good landing. Entertainment bad flip down screens not good enough.

Pro: Gave me aisle seat, great service

Pro: Dreamliner appears to have more room, the seats recline to a greater angle, and it is not cold like a lot of other planes. Cabin crew were friendly, helpful and attentive. The break up of flight legs between Australia and U.K. into 3 legs of 7 or 8 hrs is a great alternative to the 1x9hr & 1x12hr.

Kontra: The entertainment system functionality is great, but choice was a bit poor, although numerous. Food generally quite good, only one meal I was disappointed with.

Pro: We were in transit and I checking-in was orderly. Grateful for friendly crew.

Kontra: Automated check-in is a pain for a family. There's really no room for your legs (I'm 1.8m and no chance I don't touch the next seat) - esp for old people not to recommend as definitely not healthy to be that squeezed. Worse than any other low cost carried from a space perspective.

She said but in Mla she assigned wheel chair but when in Manila they said Scoot did not assigned wheelchair inmy ticket. I hate you Scoot and I will never take scoot again in any of my up coming trips

Pro: Cheap flight. Delayed due to aircraft issue, I think. At least they were honest about it and apologized.

Kontra: Again, as this is a budget airline, you really can't expect too Much from them. They get you from point a to point b, that's enough. You will have to sacrifice your own comfort.

Kontra: After boarding started there was no Aircon the flight was boiling hot and hugely suffocated. Also so many mosquito surely need better service.
