Kontra: Crew members are not polite and the way she handle seating like , don’t know how to manage . Especially check in counter . Even though we check in as a group , she assign us like a mass .

Pro: The crew was excellent, however I had a very serious problem upon checking in as I DISCOVERED AM NOT ALLOWED A SINGLE KG OF LUGGAGE.THE AIRLINE ASKED ME TO INFORM THE AGENT WHO DID NOT MAKE IT CLEAR WHEN I WAS BUYING THE TICKET.THAT HAS COST ME A LOT OF ANXIETY AND BIG$$

Pro: All of the ground staffs at Johor Bahru provided attentive and observant service. Cabin crew greeted with pleasant smile, friendly and provided excellent service.

Kontra: It would have been great to have a confirmation that you received our request before the day of departure. We thought the booking did not get through so we booked another company. We ended up losing the money for that ticket. We could not reach kayak and AirAsia, in their policy doesn’t cancel anything. I don’t know who was supposed to send us the confirmation but the money is gone

Kontra: Certain Crew is unable to do simple math calculation even though she is using calculator. I was purchasing food and gave Malaysian Ringgit, little that I know, the change is given in Rupiah and the amount was wrong, it was short of 55,000. Luckily I did a little math calculation my own, and find that she was over-charging too much for the food. Realizing that particular crew can't calculate, I offer to pay using Rupiah, she rejected it and gave me back the proper change. The exchange rate on board is absurd!!! I suggest use local currency if anyone would do onboard purchasing on AirAsia.

Kontra: 2.5 hour delay. Not worth it.

Kontra: The crew doesn't smile most of the time, sometimes they sound like ordering when they request something. The movies selection is either old, or mostly Indian movies.

Pro: The 32" pitch giving more leg space, better than MAS and AirAsia on that count. Good baggage allowance.

Kontra: The food is rather meh, does not stand out

Pro: We were in transit and I checking-in was orderly. Grateful for friendly crew.

Kontra: Not much legroom but understandably as the plane was smaller. No entertainment unit. Very hot, didn't know if the air conditioning was on at all. Didn't like the hot meal much.

Kontra: Changed the time of my flight early by more than 2 hours, with no communication. I therefore missed the flight. I was informed there was a flight that evening but they refused to move me as I had booked through an agent. Waited more than 6 hoursnin the airport for next flight and was offered only a meal voucher worth £4. Later flight was delayed, resulting in me missing my friends pre wedding henna party and arriving more than 8 hours late. Not a single apology given!

Kontra: Staff are impolite. Seats are poorly cleaned and the seat sleeves where keeps the inflight menu dropped off!

Pro: The Business Class bed was nice

Kontra: The whole experience was terrible. Scoot decided to - delay flight by 45 minutes without telling me. I discovered this by checking myself - chartered a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200 and then reduced then quality of every Business Class service (no entertainment system videos or music, no alcohol or soft drinks - only water, only Economy class food. There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)

Pro: boarding is thru gate and not tarmac

Pro: All in all a pretty good flight. Nothing much to write home about but nothing really went wrong. Pretty Good and what you'd expect.

Kontra: Wasn't thrilled that I had to pay SGD48 both ways for up to 15kg check in. That extra SGD96 would have made a difference when comparing flights on Kayak. Delays leaving HK and SG but all of it was on the tarmac so not really Scoots fault.

Pro: That we got there!

Kontra: 90 minutes delay leaving due to late arrival of prior flight. Little communication from the staff as to the expected departure time. Complete CF at the airport. But once we were on the plane, it was OK. No food, no drinks, not even any water. Minimal space for the knees. No baggage at all include with the fare. I would have paid for bags in advance, but website make this impossible unless you become a "member", which mean giving all sorts of personal information that they don't need. After queuing for 30 minutes to drop my bag, I then had to wait again in a different queue to pay the bag fee.

Pro: Short flight, cheap, efficient

Kontra: lack of room on plane, ground check in staff not very helpful at Surat Thani Airport

Pro: On schedule, even a bit earlier on arrival. Good, polite crew.

Kontra: So small space, can hardly move. But it was a budget flight, so was expected. Would be harder on person with longer leg.
