Kontra: Never flew due to volcano - fair enough. But communication from the airline was utterly non-existent, as was any kind of service and support for rescheduling etc. Confusing messages on their website and refusal to fly despite other airlines having no issue - because they didn't want to pay parking rates at AU airports. Air Asia ruined my holiday far more than Mt Agung.

Kontra: The aircraft had been in the ground but boarding 45 minutes late, I saw steward, stewardess and copilot chat in front of toilet :|

Pro: The Business Class bed was nice

Kontra: The whole experience was terrible. Scoot decided to - delay flight by 45 minutes without telling me. I discovered this by checking myself - chartered a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200 and then reduced then quality of every Business Class service (no entertainment system videos or music, no alcohol or soft drinks - only water, only Economy class food. There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)

Kontra: At check in our family was separated all over the plane. When querying after receiving the boarding passes told can’t do anything until he jestar supervisor put us in the same row. The plane was barely a third full so bit of effort from the initial staff would have helped.

Pro: Flight is good, it's Jetstar so no food or entertainment was required, flight leaves Singapore at 23:00. Sleep and wake up in Darwin

Kontra: I was incorrectly charged credit card fees by BudgetAir as I paid via debit card and they never replied to my emails or answered the phone. This caused stress as my bank account went overdrawn. Cannot recommend BudgetAir at all. Appalling lack of customer service. Avoid like the plague!

Kontra: Got told luggage would go straight to bali from origin in Nepal. Waited at baggage check in jarkata just in case. Sure enough, our baggage comes out. Transfer to domestic terminal was almost impossible since we were given no information and our flight number changed completely. All of a sudden it was batik air not malindo, which has a completey different terminal. Will not be travelling with malindo again.

Pro: The overall experience was good and relaxing.

Kontra: The toilet area could be better occupied to help skin dryness control.
